JP helped w/ a pair of leaky valves in our master shower. It was said by every other company we had to break apart some very expensive tile to access the back of the valve because the other side is concrete leading to the exterior of the condo. JP reassessed the project the day of installation, installed w/out breaking a single tile, & saved us $!

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I tried to get a quote for installation of a water softener over a week ago and have never heard back. They sent someone out for a free estimate and haven’t heard back since. I called the office and was told it would be emailed that day but still nothing. I called 2-3 days later and was told it was in review and would be emailed out but they never had my email. This should have been an easy estimate and relatively easy job since it was going right where the other water softener was and there’s easy access to mainline in/out. Very disappointed and wouldn’t waste my time trying to use their services.

Builder said it was hurricane damage... thanks to Eddie's leak detection it has been determined it was NOT hurricane damage. Hopefully the builder has to fix all the damage... thank you for finding our leak🙌🏽

Called on Saturday due to water heater not working and no hot water in house. I called and asked if there was a charge for someone to come take a look. She said no. Then the fellow came and said that I had to pay $240 for him to look at it. I think more information should be given when calling in. He was here for about 15 minutes said nothing could be fixed and that I need to replace unit. The unit is 7 years old so that is understandable but seriously $250 for 15 minutes of work. He did give me a price to replace but now that I think back on it, was he going to fix it right then and there??? I dont know he didn’t say anything so I offered up that I would call back in to make appointment. But was hesitant on working with them due to the $250 inspection. Also I just looked on line and there is some special discount for new customers no one offered me any special. Making the money on people while they are most desperate. Also just a note when he left I looked on youtube how to clear the error on the water heater which was causing the unit not to respond and I just did what the guy said and I managed to fix it so at least I could have hot water tonight for the kids and it’s working now.
