Best Residential Water in Saint Petersburg FL

I’ve lived in St Pete for over 10 years and these folks are by far the most professional in the area. A friend recommended and I have had them out twice for 2 very different jobs, that last one urgent.
Steve was on time, calm, respectful, an excellent communicator and even better plumber! Thanks so much. We were stressed out and you did a beautiful job and I don’t leave reviews often but just had to today.

They're a scam. I should have looked at the yelp reviews instead of google. They came out last week because I had a leaky air handler. Charged me $70 to come out and not fix the problem, suckered me in to there stupid A/C club membership, then said I needed an $800 cleaning for my coils. The club membership thing is my fault, I should have known better then to be suckered into that garbage. Called another A/C company (Sub-Zero), they said the coils looked fine, fixed the problem, showed me how to prevent it, and fix it if it happened again. Stay away from Performance Air.Response to the Response:As for Yelp, you missed the 20+ positive reviews.- actually I didn't. I just checked it again, you have 9 reviews, 8 of them at 1 star. The one five star must have been a relative. Now you have 9 bad reviews because I just gave my opinion. So your comment of 20+ positive reviews on Yelp is a lie.As for yelp, not accredited, 1423 customer complaints, 3 positive review and 304 negative reviews.- I don't even know what this means. Nor do I care about your BBB rating, you're dishonest and apparently I'm not the only one who believes this.

Woke up, showered and water pooled at my feet. Tried flushing shortly thereafter and it wouldn't do it. Called Romo's and they were there within 3 hours and had me up and running 2 hours later (what would truly take another company all day if they'd be able to fix it at all). Word to the wise, do not flush what they call flushable wet wipes. They worked until the job was completely finished and ensured that there would be no hiccups going forward. Thank you Romo's.

Michael came to our house and installed our toilets. Super friendly, showed up on time, and called before he got here. He did a great job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I was recommended to him by a neighbor who was recommended to him from another neighbor!

I couldn't get my hot water to stop running. I called everyday plumber and Mile was able to walk me through via face time to get my hot waterheater turned off. I was provided great service with Mike. Thank you everyday plumber 🙂

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

I live in a senior apartment complex that will not put money towards a permanent solution in fixing the kitchen sink that backs up/floods from other residents. Thus far I have stayed up twice (all nite) emptying the back-up to prevent my apartment from flooding. Terrell came out from All Seasons Plumbing and installed a 'Back-Flow Preventer'. It was money spent out of my own pocket, but I now have 'peace of mind' that I have control of the next time the pipes get clogged. Was given a discount and service was both professional and prompt. My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.
