Two guys showed up before the scheduled appointment time and took on the impossible task to fix something in my very tiny crawl space. They did and amazing job. They were very professional and punctual. Leland will certainly be my first call when I need a plumber again!!

We had Slaughter Plumbing come out to our house, and one of the things we asked him to do was unclog the drain in our shower. He said it was completed and left. The next morning when we took our showers, still clogged. We called them back, and the same plumber came out and fixed it this time. He didn't charge us since he obviously hadn't fixed it the first time. Well, in a few weeks we get a bill for $95 dollars for that second visit (we had already paid our bill from the first visit). We called the office to let them know what happened, thinking they would just cancel out the bill (especially since we had already paid the first bill). No such luck. We fought the bill, and they threatened to turn us over to collections. We'll never use them again! We have found another plumber we will happily give our business to from now on.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Buyer beware!! This company bought out Pinellas Comfort Systems. If you liked the business practices of PCS, you will be very disappointed with Performance Air. According to Jason Dorris, HVAC service manager, they charge a flat rate and they will not itemize the charges. I paid $629 to have a motor replaced which was covered under warranty. When I asked how much was labor and proof that the motor was covered by warranty, Jason would not give me that info. I was told I should not have agreed to the job if I wanted a breakdown of the charges. I was expecting to see that info on my receipt after the job was completed which I did not get. All I can say is buyer beware and I will not do business with them again. Lesson learned the hard way.
