Zak was our plumber, nothing but good things to say about him, very personable. Repaired loose toilet, installed new faucet, new washing machine hoses, and gave me a hand with another project for a few minutes. Other quote was 3 times as much. Great job by Slaughter! Very Happy.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.

Love Performance Air! Our tech Robert was incredible! We had a very unique issue that caused multiple problems with our unit and fried our thermostat. Robert came same day, he was easy to talk to and could effectively troubleshoot, and did not leave until the problem was resolved. We have had Performance Air out two other times and every experience has been great!

Theron was helpful, professional and a good communicator. I appreciated that he was on time. He made a few suggestions about extra cosmetic pieces, which really did elevate the kitchen sink space. Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Nathan Padgett. He was extremely competent and very pleasant. We highly recommend Nathan if you need an excellent plumber who is also a kind and thoughtful person. We had an emergency issue on a Sunday evening and the response was both timely and professional. We now know who to call!

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless.
