Best Repair Water Filtration in Saint Petersburg FL

BUYER BEWARE: I had used them once about a couple of years ago, and from what I recall there were no issues. I called them again just recently about a leak. They gave me a fixed time (not a range), but showed up 2 hours later, and that after I called them. After about 5 minutes, he told me it would cost $415 to fix. I thanked and told him I would think about it and call them back (and paid him the $79 for the service call). He was not at all happy and became rude, pushy and sarcastic, saying things like if I did not fix right away it would cost me a lot more, etc. I was getting quite uncomfortable, and just wanted him to leave, which is what I ended up asking him to do.

I had the leak fixed by another plumbing company that weekend for $105!

These guys are like the service provider nightmare that you are afraid of. They feel you have no alternative, and try to just get as much as they can from you.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Five stars to Charles and his professionalism. Here on time work was done correctly and clean. Charles let us know everything when it came to solving the problem. Very informative and generous. We are happy he was the technician today. His costumer service is top of the line and gave us an all around phenomenal experience. Thank you.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and they were able to have a service team out within an hour! Zach and Joey were very professional, thorough and courteous throughout the entire service call! Everyday Plumming is the best company I have ever used. I have used them twice & they will be the only company that I will ever use. Jarret was here yesterday to repair a serious leak in my bathtub. Before that I was having bad issues with everything backing up. Melvin and DJ were here 8 hours and repaired a problem that another company couldn’t. The plummers who work here have years of experience and they are great. I give them a 10 star rating!

Called with an AC unit connection issues on a Tuesday at 9:00 was told they were in a meeting till 10 but would call me back. Called back and told me a technician couldn't get out till Thursday.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Great company & staff I feel blessed to know the job is in good hands and affordable.

So knowledgeable and helpful on the phone.. Didn't show for the appointment but to be fair I had forgotten to call back and confirm. I had my hands full with a water main break in my home.
