The Latest update! 1/3/2022I contacted Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing Saturday morning using the preferred customer number- I pay for their service contract. I spoke with Laurie, who after hearing my softener was not working for the 3rd time in 3 weeks told me that someone would be at my house first thing Monday morning. I did not hear from anyone until 10 am when I was informed that no one was available to service my machine. They said they would see what they could do, and told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. It is 5:44 pm and no one has bothered to contact me. Customer service with this company is a joke. My water softener doesn’t work. I have spent thousands of dollars and could not be more unhappy with the whole experience.Update- they called me just now telling me that I didn’t answer my phone when they called to tell me they were coming out today so they took me off the schedule. I have no missed calls from anyone. Don’t use this company, they are terrible, but I’m stuck with them until they resolve the water softener issue.Update to my previous review: I have had nothing but problems with the soft water system they installed 2 weeks ago. It is Christmas Day, I have company, I had signed up for the premium service plan and no one is responding to my pleas for help. My softener is not working for the second time in 2 weeks since it was installed. It’s not working yet again: The water is so salty, it’s disgusting. I have no water to cook with and I shudder thinking how nasty it will be to shower in salt. I spent thousands of dollars to try and get the job done right and I could not be more dissatisfied and disappointed in the product and service. Do. It use this company. As soon as I can get out of my contract with them, which has done me NO GOOD, I will.Austin and his team did an amazing job installing my water heater and softener. Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

JR had to return to correct errors in the installation of a vanity, sink, faucets and toilet incurred initially by his assistant on their first visit. As he worked, he gave me updates on everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I really respected him and the work he accomplished to make things right. McGill comes through again! I needed to replace a toilet, and already have too many projects going. Instead, I called McGill for some pricing, did a little homework on the product they recommended, and had a new toilet installed the next morning. Thank you! I could have saved a little by doing it myself, but sometimes it's worth the money to have a job done professionally. I needed the shut off valve replaced as well, and didn't want to tackle that one. I called Elite Plumbing to inspect my home for cast iron or PVC pipes. Kenny responded within minutes to my message. He knew I need an answer ASAP so he squeezed us in the next day. He’s a very nice guy and and his company is great.

We called Pro Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Nick Romigh. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set an appointment for Wednesday (10/14/2020) for 9 am. He arrived on time, established all items and returned early afternoon at 2pm.
He was completed at 3:30 pm, cleaned up after repairing 2 toilets and replacing a garbage disposal.
The bill estimate given that morning included parts and labor and that was the end result!
We would utilize his company again four our plumbing requirements. He is a professional, on time and quickly works the problems to a quick, positive, satisfying result!
