Best Repair Call in Saint Petersburg FL

These guys were fantastic! I own a business and they were willing to come before we open to find the leak. They found it quicker and cheaper than they had quoted me. These guys are the best.

Kitchen sink was backing up... Ted Ireland came out and fixed it in no time flat! Had to call for a 2nd visit and requested him. Very professional, explained what he was doing and what may be the cause of the issue. Reasonable pricing, very nice and didn't leave any mess. Impressed overall!

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

HORRIBLE!!! Choose another company!!!!! Oct 7, 2020, their AC worker tripped over and broke off a fire sprinkler suppression line causing over $1 million damages to three condo units: mold abatement , demolition, storage, restoration, and now stalled rebuild. All three units are still down to 2x4's , completely gutted and this is 7 months later. Performance AC said They would make us whole well, they have completely failed in that regard and their insurance carrier refuses to discuss the claim with all of the home owners and has now referred their obligations to a legal entity to continue the non-response causing endless delays and mounting costs. We have NO choice as homeowners but to give this company an absolutely poor review based upon the totality of the circumstances. We want our home back!!! Performance AC and their insurance carrier American Zurich and McLarens and Network Adjusters, need to step up and make this right as three condo units still remain destroyed. Very reliable, prompt and do good work. They arrive at the scheduled time. Not within a window of time. So you are not sitting at home waiting for them to arrive within a 4 hour window. They call ahead to let you know they are on the way. Our plumber was courteous, polite, friendly and very professional. He fixed our leaky toilet quickly not wasting any time. While they charge a trip charge and for time on a quarter hour basis, they are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Garrett Plumbing to anyone.

Got a water softener & whole house filter installed. Job done well. Would recommend and reuse for any plumbing projects. They were responsive, caring, and easy to work with to get the job done. Well priced. Have enjoyed their service.
