The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

While preparing my house to go on the market I was in need of several plumbing projects, including, fixing toilets, shower faucets and replacing water heater. Terry was absolutely one of the most helpful professionals I have ever worked with. He was provided all the necessary information and explained each item well to make it easy to make decisions. In addition, all the work done was top notch, he took the time to solder all the pipes for the water heater, I have used other companies in the past and they have used flexible piping, something you expect from a handyman not a plumber. I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

We responded to a google ad for drain clearing for $79. We called for 2 days with just answering services taking messages. Finally someone called back and i told them our tenants are elderly and need their single bathroom to be unclogged and confirmed the $79 but we had to wait another day before someone could get out there. Today the finally showed up and up sold the job nearly triple the advertised price. I told them to leave and I would find an honest company to deal with and treat our elderly folks with respect.
