Best Plumbing Fixture in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

I called for assistance, needed water heater hose fix... I informed there was a flood in my unit...asked if they could bring a water vacuum...was told YES, by Margaret...was also informed by Margaret service charge was $55.00 if I did not use service...Tech, came out, quoted a price of $350-450 and would not commit.....did nothing but look...touched nothing. I believe he should have known how long it would take and commit to a specific price afterall, he was there in person...

then he added on a Misc. charge of $9.85?????????????????????have no idea for what. Incidentally the charge was increased to $98.95???????????///not $55.00

I refused to pay because I believe it was a bait and switch type of deal. Tech stated he did not have water vac with him...later stated he had a small unit on truck...not big enough for job.

that was never explained to me....then Margaret who was on the phone..said they would arrange a dryout company for me....

Margaret appeared on my doorstep, later and introduced herself and acted as if she was serving a subpoena or something.....speaking loudly for all neighbors to hear....stated she was placing a lein on my condo.....and then said I will not do business with a lunatic
Margaret left a very unpleasant message on my phone..about placing a lein and her intent to call my condo association. I do not believe this to be professional behavior.

The initial SHOW UP charge was supposed to be $55.00 but turned into $89.00 plus misc. fees totaling $98.00
I had asked for a senior discount but was told would deduct $25 internet because I mentioned their reviews.....invoice DID NOT REFLECT ANY DISCOUNT!
I filed a complaint with the Pinellas County Consumer Protection Board....the response from Advanced Plumbing contained multiple FALSE statements/allegations...i.e. that I had multiple plumbers BECAUSE no one wanted to work for me.;.I yelled at her tech.....; that I threw her out of my house...(never invited her in) I HAD asked her to leave in front of my door on the landing because I believe she was acting inappropriately by speaking loudly for all neighbors and passersby to hear...that her tech spent one hour vacuuming up water ( he never brought any thing in i.e. tools, just a flashlight) and discribed the repair to be much more involved than the tech stated....Most importantly....I believe her agenda is to place a lien on my condo, as that is what she stated when she appeared at my door, the night of the flood, and stated in a machine message the same thing about a lien....out and out false statements that any services were provided....as NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER WAS AGREED UPON OR PERFORMED. Furthermore, because of the delay in extracting water from my 2 month old laminate floors, I believe they were further damaged by sitting water for approx. 1.5 hours more....I believe, if they had been honest, when I first called and said they would prefer to send out a dry out company, that would have been acceptable. Instead, I believe the intent was to get a foot in the door, to charge a service charge, with the ultimate intent to place a lien, if I did not agree to the services recommended.
Incidentally, I did get another local plumber to do the entire job for $343.50 the same night, and that bill included overtime.

Margaret from advanced plumbing submitted a bill to my condo management association for payment, per Lydia, association manager. I have a copy that they sent to me...in it are False Accusations, some of which are stated above.. I believe that was highly unprofessional and very possibly may have violated a Federal/state statute. I believe Margaret's statements to be Slanderous in nature , as well.

Could not even get a quote from last two weeks for water softener installation! Called 3 times, and no quote yet. Disappointed!

He came to look at washing machine panel that was not working. Dave thoroughly explained the problem and helped me make a decision for repair. He was very professional, clean, honest, and friendly. Would highly recommend Dave and the company.Cheryl Young

Is a no star review even possible? I have been party to the horror story of dealing with this company for what was proposed to be a resolvable circumstance in a kitchen. Day#1 a Tech comes out with a fancy camera along with a fancy $$$ to scope out the issue and says it can be done. Day #2 The Plumbing tech comes out. He's there a better part of the day and all said & done did not resolve the issue. When questioned it was stated it is residual water causing the continued leak. I don't know but ..... my common sense says when you fix a leak you fix a leak. No leaking later that day or the next day. Not to mention if you didn't fix the leak properly, you get your people back out there to fix it ASAP, not give the run around. It appears they are now on something like Day 5 of trying to resolve this. They say they'll been there then aren't, call they can come but they are already 2 hrs late, then what people have other things going on & to tend to. This sounds like by far the worst plumbing experience possible and Not what I was used to dealing with in the company that they took over a few months ago. Sad, sad, sad.

I use CW Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I am a property manager and these guys are the absolute best around. Stan is my go to guy there and he answeres all my questions. He is the best! They are so professional, they are on time, they call me back if they cannot answer the phone, they are very fast at response time in getting to the customer. They are great in getting in touch with the tenants, And they keep me informed of all that is happening. Honestly they are a joy to work with, AND to top it off the pricing is very fair! I could not be happier. Great group of guys!

We returned from a vacation late at night to no AC and a blank thermostat screen. We called early Saturday and we’re assured a technician would arrive that day. They called twice that day to reassure us they would show up. It was after 6pm but they quickly and efficiently solved the problem. They were friendly and professional.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Scott Vogan came out to tune up and inspect our AC. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond any other AC company we've had here in the past inspecting and cleaning the unit. He made it a very pleasant experience.
