Sonny arrived promptly on time to find my water leak. He did a very thorough search to discover a small water leak in our commode.

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.

Save time and money doing it right the first time. I spent several 100
dollars on plumbers and cameras etc but all really needed was Slaughter
Plumbing to do it right. You get what you pay for...quality and service.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Stan and his crew recently replaced our 11 year old water heater - not only did Stan provide good, accurate, not trying to oversell you advice, CW uses a high quality brand of residential water heater and can provide an extended warranty and annual service plan. His office staff is smart, friendly and very responsive both by phone and text. The two installers were professional, careful and very helpful in answering questions - Stan also stopped by to check on the installation. Cannot say enough good things about CW Plumbing and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. We had a wonderful experience with Nathan Padgett. He was extremely competent and very pleasant. We highly recommend Nathan if you need an excellent plumber who is also a kind and thoughtful person. I would absolutely recommend midway. Josh came out and was extremely helpful and really saved me when I was in a crunch. He’s professional and down to earth and did everything he could to work with me and figure out my plumbing issue.
