We called in the morning that our Hot Water Tank was leaking. by Mid afternoon they arrived with a new tank, installed it and finished with in a couple of hours. After being lied to by ANOTHER company, Magic Mike...The field service Manager for Midway..reassured me and was very professional. Actually had a couple of cheaper quotes for Water Heater replacement in a Mobile Home...BUT they would not touch the electric.. I am SOOOOO glad I chose Midway Services!!! They are THE BEST!! Matt at the office helped me out a lot..we even sung a chorus of The Marine Corps Hymn!! The next day up popped Magic Mike my Knight in Shining Water Heater, took his time to thoroughly fix the electric....It was a NIGHTMARE!! And dangerous!! He was soo nice and professional...explained everything to me. I am DELIGHTED with Mike, Matt and Midway Services...Only one problem...I ran out of their business cards to hand out!!! LOL... Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Within the next couple of days, Joseph and Carlos returned to our home to get the job done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It turned out not to be the easiest of jobs but they got it done quickly, efficiently and with no complaints. Bourgoing Plumbing’s prices are very fair and reasonable and I just could not recommend them more if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fair plumber.
