This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

We had a full plumbing backup during the middle of a busy clinic day at our medical facility. The team from Advanced Plumbing were wonderful! They got Dale out to us right away. He was fast, friendly and cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Eric at CW was incredible! We could hear water running in our wall and Eric showed up within an hour to find and fix the leak. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me the leak, and fixed it quickly. All on a Sunday morning no less. It was a tight spot due to my water heater being in front of the wall the leak was in, but he was able to get to it without needing to remove the water heater. I can’t say enough good things about his work or the timeliness and quality. You can’t go wrong calling CW!!

Midway Services is a “first class” company. Took care of my major plumbing issues promptly and courteously. Did a complete home piping renovation with pros who knew what they were doing. Gave me the price upfront, finished the job in the time specified . . . and no surprises. They have my business for life!

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

The two guys that came out..pleasant enough..though took like 4 tries to fix. !! Was expensive and the owner and the girl in his office..rude..wont use again..!!

I have always had a great experience w/Premium Plumbing. They came out to the house, gave an honest assessment of the state of the pipes and water cutoff valves (consistent with home inspection, much more reasonable than another plumber who wanted to repipe the whole house), then came out and did exactly the job they said they would (replacing corroded cutoffs and water supply lines). Definitely recommend!

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.
