The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

UPDATE: Zach Came out today and fixed some plumbing underneath the guest bath. Great work as usual! We’ll ask them out to replace some toilets next. Thanks again!

Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

I truly cannot say enough about Premium Plumbing and Louis. Seriously, a billion stars! Louis’ demeanor and determination kept my nerves at ease for the entire day. We had a clog, not your normal clog, something solid that would not budge. I am absolutely convinced had Louis not been SO determined to get it, we would have ended up having to hire a contractor to dig through our foundation which would have been a massive job. I had an emergency plumbing issue around midnight and Eddie came right out and worked on it til 2 in the morning and did an excellent job, enabling us to get our water back and running and not having to worry about it again.
