I have used I Find Leaks twice now. They will be my go-to for finding leaks from now on. As a property manager, people who excel at what they do, have fast service, and priced fairly are gold to me! These guys are gold!!! In both cases John and Sonny made their appointment, found the leaks, and gave me the info I needed to save me from tearing up our homes. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their detection help. They are pros!

They advertise themselves as the cleanest plumber in town; I'll also add that they're the most reasonably priced! I had a hot water slab leak and had the guys at I Find Leaks come out and do a temporary repair. They recommended Leland Plumbing, and they, too, were wonderful to work with! In and out in about an hour, with the leak fixed permanently, the dirt replaced and a nice layer of concrete to finish the work. Would definitely recommend and I'll certainly be calling them for quotes in the future.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Although we paid more than other company estimates, it was well worth it. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Highly recommend. We had recessed lighting added and our electric panel updated to current code in our St. Pete condo. Very happy.

They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. I paid 11K for a new AC. Midway Services destroyed my hardwood floors(reimbursed), charged me 2K for a wire I didn't need (reimbursed), spilled sealant all over our carpets(reimbursed), and improperly installed the AC causing an air leak in the Plenum, leading to massive amounts of mold and water damage (Not reimbursed), improperly installed AC Unit causing an electrical fire(reimbursed).The installer they sent for the 11K job was the managers brother who was a car salesman just 2 months earlier.Midway has came back out to fix the fire damage and the mold water damage from the Plenum Leak. However, they never fixed or resealed the plenum. The just covered up the exterior so the mold wouldn't reappear for several months. Today the mold is back with a vengeance and behind the scenes this whole time water has been condensing around the numerous leaks causing massive damages to our home.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Used Cornerstone Plumbing for a condo repiping project. The technicians were very efficient, explained what they were doing along the project and were very careful to maintain a clean work area and to leave everything in order at the end of each day on the job.
I would highly recommend Cornerstone for any plumbing project, large or small.

Marvin was tasked with removing and replacing 3 GFCI outlets on the exterior of our house. He was very clear about what he needed to do and very quickly and cleanly accomplished the job.
