This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Great service at fair price

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. You can’t get any better than D’s plumbing solutions. Thank you Daniel!

This is the team to use if you have need of their services. John and Allen did a complete re-work on the plumbing of my office building and did a fantastic job. They maintained an open line of communication the entire time regarding the status of their job and which facilities could and couldn't be used. Electricians Greg and Kevin along with plumber Gerald did a huge amount of electric and plumbing upgrades, including meter and meter box, all new up to code rewiring, breaker box and relabeling, installation of a tankless water heater and all the work associated with these upgrades. All three were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious of us and our home. Would definitely recommend your company specifically with these three employees for myself, friends and family. A plus review!

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

Did the job fast and neat.

Both guys were awesome and are appreciated. I’ve used your service many times and will continue doing so.
