Best Leak Detection in Saint Petersburg FL

I was having a issue with a leak. Jeremy came right out and was able to find the leak in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I can not thank him enough.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

After being lied to by ANOTHER company, Magic Mike...The field service Manager for Midway..reassured me and was very professional. Actually had a couple of cheaper quotes for Water Heater replacement in a Mobile Home...BUT they would not touch the electric.. I am SOOOOO glad I chose Midway Services!!! They are THE BEST!! Matt at the office helped me out a lot..we even sung a chorus of The Marine Corps Hymn!! The next day up popped Magic Mike my Knight in Shining Water Heater, took his time to thoroughly fix the electric....It was a NIGHTMARE!! And dangerous!! He was soo nice and professional...explained everything to me. I am DELIGHTED with Mike, Matt and Midway Services...Only one problem...I ran out of their business cards to hand out!!! LOL... Shawn was able to provide a good estimate based on my phone description of the work to extend my outdoor gas service with a second quick-connect line. Scheduling was easy, the team arrived on-time, they did a nice job, and the bill was very close to the estimate (even a bit less).
