Technician was on time, quick, and competent.

Charles was responsive, timely and hard working. I had a clogged pipe and he helped locate the clog. He went above and beyond at helping with the problem. I would definitely recommend him!

Nick was the best service man from Midway that we have had. Did more then any of the previous service guys. Highly recommend him and will ask for him in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could get someone out to look at the leak around my toilet the same day as I called! David did a great job. I was expecting the worst (sewer line clogged?) but it just needed a new wax ring. David assessed the situation thoroughly before deciding what needed done.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

The part I wanted does not exist yet this very informal gentleman spent over 30 minutes putting together small fittings that eventually resolved my problem, all for a few dollars. Such caring not seen in years! Furthermore, he had just made a lady cry by first finding her a replacement toilet cover and then not even charging her for it.

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.

First company came out and gave us an unreasonable estimate for the work needed, Clog Kings sent out Kenny and Jake and they did the job in less than 2 hours for nearly a third of the price we were quoted by another company. Top notch work, friendly and efficient.

Was recommended to them for a large 6,500 sq ft addition just to get a total runaround over several days.

We always have confidence that when we call scottos with a plumbing problem or need they will make sure we are serviced quickly and correctly... never a complaint in all these many years from the plota family......

Joe is a wonderful plumber he re plumed our entire house inside and out and did work in a bathroom, installed a new hot water heater for us all in two days. He worked alone and was awesome, I don't think we really ever saw him slow down. He also would listen to the many many stories my husband shared with him as he worked. His work seems to be top notch and we would recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Very slow to even get a quote for cost of works, I've been waiting for over 4 weeks, phoned back multiple times to be told it'll be with me next week.
