Best Hour Emergency Service Available in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter came out to our house months ago because we had a toilet that was leaking from the base. The first guys that they sent only caulked the base of the toilet, threw our bath towels down all around it on the floor and told us don’t use the toilet for a week. After they left we called the company and complained and they sent out a supervisor who was able to fix the problem. We paid for the service call for the supervisor to come out but now they are trying to charge us for the two clowns who did absolutely nothing and even sent it to a collection agency. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company.

Performance AC is an excellent company I recommend them to everyone without hesitation. I am huge on customer service, and let me share that I have seldom experienced such wonderful customer service. Their level of professionalism and expertise surpassed my expectation. Our AC went out after a thunderstorm and Performance AC came out to evaluate right away. They had a proposal ready for me within minutes. Their pricing was fair, they were kind, and their employees were knowledgable & personable.If you are looking for a new ac unit look no further. They gave us a $10, 000 estimate when it was only a blown fuse they could have fixed. I got 3 estimates after them that came in at roughly$6500. They put in the original A/C 8 years ago. We have been on their maintenance program on these years. Sorry I didn’t pull away years ago. Bad Business

I had JR and Steven come out and fix my shower fixture. They were nice, funny, professional and fast. Honest and very fair price too. Highly recommend. They are now my plumber of choice!

While in the midst of preparing dinner our garbage disposal started leaking water underneath the kitchen sink cabinet. I called and received a next day service appointment. Ken Pickup arrived on time, removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He was very pleasant in demeanor, wore a mask and cleaned the work area satisfactorily. It was a pleasure to do business with him and if all the plumbers with this company are similar to Ken I would highly recommend their services in the future.

I'm so glad I went with 89 Leak Detection instead of the 'bait and switch' people that show up first on Google. Gary found the leak quickly and charged what he promised. He even helped to slow the leak until I could get it fixed. Fantastic!

This whole experience was great, minus the problem in the first place. The lady who answered the phone was nice and Frank letting me know that they they were unlikely to come out the same day. I still booked and was pleased when I was called back and told they would be there at 3:30. Joe knew the problem right away and quickly gave me the scenarios, both good and bad. Luckily, it was easily fixed and they were out the door in an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.
