We were doing an update to a townhouse and needed a new water heater, kitchen sink & faucet, dishwasher, and 2 bathroom sinks & faucets. Mike arrived at the appointed time and performed all the service in a timely and professional manner. Several weeks later we had Mike come to our home and install shut off valves to our washing machine, again he was on time and performed the services in a friendly, proficient manner. Excellent Service from beginning to end! I had an issue with my dishwasher caused by my garbage disposal. I entered my info online and received a call back on Monday at noon with an appointment on Tuesday morning. Jonathan was my skilled technician. He diagnosed the issue quickly and now I’m back in business. He also took the time to tell me how to maintain the new disposal to manage clogging and odors.
