Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! Sexist and overpriced. This company bought Pinellas Comfort Systems which we previously used. The tech came out and didn't know basic ac terminology. When I explained my issue he acted like he knew what I explained, but after walking between 2 thermostats and a panel in my closet he came out scratching his head asking why we called because the system was cooling. When my husband explained it in dumbed down terms the tech climbed into the attic and when he came down decided the issue was what I'd told him. When I asked how he knew that was the problem he didn't have an answer, nor could he explain how he knew that was the problem. He then went to get an estimate which came back higher than we paid for a new system less than a year ago. We responded with shock and he proceeded to tell us there was an 89.00 fee for the service today with a smirk on his face. The parts cost about 200, and the estimate was for over 3k! I'll be finding anyone else but them!!!

I called and set up an appointment for a variety of plumbing issues I had and things I wanted done. My appointment was easy to schedule, customer service is above and beyond. Made appointment tech Danny who is great showed up on time and ready to work. We needed materials so he came back and got all he needed to do done. He had to fix prior work from a not so great plumbing company so it was nice to see the items fixed not only correctly but above and beyond expectations. Follow up is great, work is warrantied. They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. What they give you is quality work, QUALITY AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK AND SHOW A GREAT AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHILE DOING IT. Made my life less stressful because plumbing problems aren't fun. So thanks Premium Plumbing for being the professionals that you are! Much appreciated!

They came out to my condo and did a job for me adding a faucet for a dryer. The job was okay, but they charged for the time he was out in the truck putting things away and writing the bill, so I felt I was over charged at almost $400!. I let that go but then the next day when the washer was installed the hot water line was leaking and it wasn't before. I think it was just an old line and it got jousled around too much during the installation of the new line. I asked if they would come back to fix the leak without a service fee. I'm willing to pay for the work and parts, of course. She said only if it had to do with his work. Well, we know how that will go. So I will use another company.
