The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. They responded quickly and got the job done, but they're very expensive. They charge by the job, not by the hour, and after a 40 minute visit (they sent 2 guys) to fix a toilet leak and unclog a sink drain, we had a $350 bill.

I have been with Performance Air for several years. Their technicians are excellent! Normally they are on time and professional, as Beau was today.But the scheduling part of the business was out of kilter this time. I was told I was at the top of their list for today and given a 8-12 target time for service. No one showed or called to let me know something had gone wrong. Beau contacted me at 12:50pm and showed up at the house about 1:30. I had asked the office at noon what the problem was, but no one got back in touch with me. Very unprofessional!

We are so blessed to know Romo's Plumbing. Justin and Malone were beyond incredible to work with. They helped my mom who is in cancer treatment and stepdad, both of whom just had major surgeries and my stepdad was in ICU most of last week for another emergency. While in the hospital, the kitchen sink in the condo fell apart from a heavy, rattling garbage disposal that had been leaking for months, and my mother was resorting to using the bathroom sink for dishes and cooking. This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

midway rep was very educational about transfer switch and its functions/limitations. explained install process and preinstallation requirements. showed up on time for quote and again on installation day. very clean area when finished and again with reinstruction of the switches use. would highly recommend midway and will certainly use them again.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

I contacted Performance AC with a problem and Shaun S. came today to perform the service. Upon inspection, he found that prior service technicians had not performed the regular maintenance on my AC system that they had indicated as completed on invoices. Not only did Shaun perform the maintenance needed, he checked the entire system to make sure that everything was operating properly and that nothing else had been neglected. He apologized profusely for the mistakes that had been made and made sure that I would not be charged for the maintenance plan for the next year. He also assured me that he would be the technician who would come out for my next scheduled service. He was very well mannered, professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that any mess from servicing my AC system was cleaned up and that my house was in order before he left. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly. My faith in this company has been restored and I highly recommend them.

Mike was great! I needed help hanging curtain rods and a mirror, and assembling my kids' dresser.
