After 3 visits they could not fix issues even though they said it was. Over charged us. When I had to leave my wife to deal with them with the 3rd different plumber he was extremely rude and talk down to my wife. Terrible experience. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: After the 3rd visit, 3rd different plumber and job still was not complete I wasn't about to call and waste my time with your company and shouldn't have to call you to discuss your workers poor behavior. They should be trained to act professional and just get the work done and correctly. The lack of experience of two of the plumbers was surprising and disappointing. Had another company come out that week and fixed everything within 30 minutes and when discussing the previous visits with the new plumber he said, What the hell were they thinking?

Their work was done incorrectly, there’s insulation and Freon blowing out vent. As well as air blowing into our attic. The work they did wrong won’t even pass inspection, so that tells u how bad of a job they did. And they (Performance) refuse to fix their screw ups and complete the job correctly. They are not professional, courteous, punctual nor do they provide a quality service. Please if u need any kind of work look somewhere else

Mike Kohler is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He’s honest and reliable. He’s been our plumber for many, many years and we would give him 10 stars if that were a rating option.

Had a bird caught in the dryer exhaust vent. They showed up within a couple hours of calling, helped me get the bird out and then changed the exhaust ducting, added a proper scree. Then they thanked us for giving them the opportunity to perform their services. Sure, it's not the cheapest company, but they did it correctly the first time, and quickly.

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.

Corey is the best plumber I've ever hired. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He is ALWAYS EARLY and very professional. I will only allow Corey to be on my Job sites. I highly recommend Mike Wellington, The Handy Guy, as the go to handyman. From the moment he arrived he was focused and worked diligently to address our issues. He replaced the kitchen faucet, a faulty valve and repaired a sink drain very efficiently. He was able to take care of the unexpected faulty valve as he had a replacement valve and the tools needed in his tool kit. When I called him this morning, he gave me options for available times, maybe later this afternoon if other appointments went as planned or Wednesday. I opted for today and he readily communicated with me this afternoon was a go and arrived just as he predicted. I appreciated his skill set, communication, and his hard work.
