He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

Charles was by far the best plumber. I had a fairly simple issue which was my copper pipe for the water hose was dented and need to be welded onto a new piece to fit. He did it with prediction and made sure everything was done before the job was done. He even caught a leak at my water meter which previously was installed by the city of tampa but didn’t do a good job. He caught it before it was have been even worse. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. His craft was outstanding and inspirational. Definitely would recommend 10-folds to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Would absolutely hire him for more jobs in the future.

Michael Kohler is a very professional and experienced plumber. He is responsive to our needs and the quality and value of his work can’t be beat. He doesn’t tackle jobs that require 2 or more plumbers. But if he can fix it, he will. I love his common sense approach. I highly recommend him!

Prompt response to my call. However, the plumber that came was in a hurry, it was at the end of the day and resolved the problem only temporarily. I believe he overcharged for the limited amount of work he did. He didn't realize he was working outside my work window when he took a call where someone was rushing him to finish.

I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

I just want to say that Romos plumbing is very professional, they were knowledgeable and helpful, very curtieus , they explained everything in easy a way to understand, they cleaned up and it was definitely a calm experience, Jacson and Joey are great young men and I would definitely want them back on my next project. And highly recommend.

They came to the house and wanted to charge $1500 to fix a part on the unit. We were desperate and almost paid it we called two other people for a second opinion. They came out and said everything the guy told us was bs. We paid him $130 and it was fixed within 5-10 mins.
