Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.

Excellent, professional service. I've used them to replace my water-heater at my preschool. They were very reasonably priced, friendly and timely. I highly recommend!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

THIS COMPANY IS TRULY GREAT!!! A small leak sprang up under our kitchen sink last night, ugh! We waited until the morning to find a plumber. I looked up Christian plumbers on google and Everyday Plumber came up on the list as one of the top three. There was no indication if they are a Christian based company, but they sure did act like it! What helped me make my decision to trust them and call were the other really great reviews I saw about them on multiple review sites. So, they were able to squeeze me in same day because there had been a previous cancellation, thank you Jesus! To make a long story short, we decided to have them replace all the hot and cold angle stops and install new braided supplies to faucet and dishwasher. Unfortunately, the pipe broke in Adam's hand AND IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT. This is NOT the first time we've had problems with our pipes in this house! It is the 4th and the problem is the shoddy workmanship allowed by Mercedes Home Builders who built this home. How can I be sure, because we are not the only house on our block who've had shoddy pipes, no shower pan, no insulation in the attic, ETC...Anyway Adam ended up with a bigger job on his hands. He handled himself calmly and professionally. He ended up having to call for reinforcements, due to the poor design of the house and what it would entail to get the job done right. So, Joel to the aide. These two men were here almost all day and because of their great personalities it NEVER felt like an inconvenience. Both Adam and Joel were professional, friendly, courteous, competent, resourceful, meticulous, patient, and relaxed. So, I never felt uncomfortable in my home while they completed the big task before them, and I agree that they brought the family owned feel to my home and with two young kids here that was important. Also, I'd like to add, as their advertisement suggests, they ARE HONEST AND AFFORDABLE, hopefully as Everyday Plumber grows they will be able to stay affordable. I had to speak with Mike, the owner, about a pricing question and Mike made himself available to take my call. He was respectful, conscientious, flexible, and caring! Oh, one more thing, okay, maybe two; Adam and Joel had to put a hole in my wall to fix the pipe and ensure a bigger problem didn't happen with the poor quality of pipes Mercedes Home put in our home. The hole was thoughtfully made, not too big but big enough for them to get their job done right. AND then, when they were done, Joel helped me mend the wall. Now, he confessed he's not a drywall expert, but I feel he did a great job! I was left to sand it, but that is totally fine, I know how to do that and I never expected a plumber to fix my drywall when the issue was the pipes, NOT Everyday Plumber's FAULT, please hear me in this, okay? Anyway the final price was very fair! I am ecstatic with the service! Adam and Joel are already like family. I WILL HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. After several more days of calls and rescheduled service appointments for 8/24/2023, the plumber stated he would be at my location to effect the fix. The plumber called again and said that he would be there today at Noon. Then at 12:30. No show. More calls. At 1:30PM…”I’m five minutes away.” No show. at 2:15PM: “My GPS says I’m 9 minutes away…” at 3:30PM, still no show. Finally, plumber arrives at 4:40PM. Another Plumber (“Tony”) said: “The needed part cost $375.00, but I will discount it $75.00. I checked with an online plumbing supplier and the entire plumbing assembly to repair the leak, including overflow valve, costs $22.99. I am thoroughly upset. I have wasted days with this very unreliable company that obviously isn’t concerned with their customers’ time and patience, and with questionable pricing practices.

I have always been pleased with Performance Air. This time, WARREN, the HVAC technician, was awesome. Thank you Warren.
