We called and were able to schedule an appointment with Jeremy for the very next day. He called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. Jeremy was very thorough, checked everywhere for our leak. He was able to find the leak very quickly and explained what would be our next step. Jeremy is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company and Jeremy! I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!!

I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!!

I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his helper.
During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies.

Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!!

All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!

I have used this company for the last 15 years, I have always found them fair and reasonable until recently.
Beware of their mark up practices on parts. I honestly think the service person charges whatever they want.
For example I was charged 180 dollars for 1 1/2 hrs labor and for a service call. No problem, but then I was charged 120 dollars for 4 shut off valves, 3 sleeves and 1 90 degree elbow. My jaw hit the floor. I expected a healthy mark up, but not at this level. These shut off valves are 8.95 at Home Depot. Lesson learned, I'll buy my own parts next time or I'll shop around for a more reputable plumber company.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Do NOT use this company!!! Unethical, unskilled, and overcharges. Unfortunately, I didn't read previous reviews about Performance and last year we had a whole house AC install for about $9400. Performance installed, maintained, and serviced our system according to their service plan. One year and 4 DAYS later, it went out!!! Performance came out and could not figure out what went wrong and decided to replace the entire outside unit. They were unapologetic and said we would have use manufacturer's warranty to get parts and then have to pay for install and labor at the tune of $1600... Ian was rude and condescending, Ben (the supervisor?) never called during the scheduled appointment. Since then, we've had 2 other opinions and both determined the issue was in the handler is and is fixing for $450. Spending the $1600 and installing a new unit wouldn't have fixed the problem at all. STAY AWAY!!!

Theron was very accurate in knowing what he was doing. Felt very comfortable with the work he completed.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Although I typically do not write reviews, because of the exceptional service from Everyday Plumber a review was warranted. I am very glad that I contacted Everyday Plumber because they sent the right people at the right time which included having people working on a holiday.

The initial team of Jonathon and Dennis realized the complexity and got the underground camera team of Todd and Joseph to isolate the issue. That turned out to be a very smart decision. My plumbing issue turned out to be very complicated and spanned over several days. Even on a holiday Jerritt came out and was so nice and he worked beyond expectations.

Allen and Nathan came to my house for the final repair. Their work included finding a sewer blockage in the public utilities system. Todd and Joseph also assisted. These guys were able to convince the local public utility to come out the same day and resolved their blockage. Allen and Nathan continued to repair my plumbing issue and it was after 8pm when they were satisfied that the job was complete. Absolutely incredible service.

I had my air conditioning system installed by Midway in August 2019. The install team was extremely professional and worked fast and efficiently. Paul came out to do a maintenance on my system, and today Mike installed a UV Light for me. I have had only great experiences with all involved in scheduling, service, etc. I would recommend Midway to all of my friends and family!

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.

Following a bad experience trying to get a service appointment booked with another AC company I decided to call Performance AC given their good reviews. I am very happy with the appointment booking process and then the tech, Steven S., was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Identified my AC problem quickly and was able to replace part with inventory he had in service truck. No comments made about existing AC unit and clearly was here just to fix my AC problem not try to sell me a new AC unit. Will definitely use them in the future
