Steer clear of this company. They will not give you an itemized bill for the repairs they do so they can intentionally rip you off.Also, they charge you an addition $ 9.95 for who knows what,but they don't disclose this to you when you call them to do a repair.The technician was there for less than 15 minutes and charged close to $300.00. I own a property in another county and the plumbing company I use there always itemizes my bill so I know exactly what I'm being charged for, which helps me when filing my taxes.

This Company is the BEST! We live in a small condo in Tyrone Villa's. Had friends in for a few days. My units drainage was blocked. Called...they sent John on the same day, John was professional and in no time problem was solved. Great guy!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Scott was on time and did a great job repairing our broken pipe coupling. He was out of there in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend them.

I was told that I had multiple leaks in my HVAC system and needed either thousands in repairs or a new system. It turned out my coil just needed to be cleaned and there weren't any leaks as my refrigerant levels were normal. This company and most big HVAC companies are con artists. All I needed was my coil to be cleaned for less than $200. The customer service manager laughed at me when I called to tell her about my experience. Well..I paid less than $200 to fix my AC, so guess I'm the one laughing. I hope my review prevents others from being ripped off. There was NOTHING wrong with my HVAC system besides a dirty coil

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Excellent service from start to finish. Phoning in and setting the appointment very efficiently with Alicia. Jarret did an outstanding job and was very professional. Since using them for the first time last Summer, I have never called another plumber. I trust that these are the guys I need for both small and huge jobs.

I was told they don't use an hourly rate, but charge based on the job. Had a leak about a foot outside of my water meter box. A 2 foot hole had to be dug to gain access to the busted fitting and repair the small section of PVC. The small section was repaired in two hours. The total came to $560 after using a $60 coupon. The work was done well, but seems excessively priced for a straight forward and simple job.

Used Cornerstone Plumbing for a condo repiping project. The technicians were very efficient, explained what they were doing along the project and were very careful to maintain a clean work area and to leave everything in order at the end of each day on the job.
I would highly recommend Cornerstone for any plumbing project, large or small.

I wasted a week of my time on a 'free estimate' from Cass plumbing. After meeting with their plumber, they never provided the estimate, and never followed up with me. After I called them multiple times to inquire, I was promised an estimate, only to later be told they're not licensed in my area and can't do the work! They advertise they are available to work in my area (Pinellas, FL) and even provide a local phone number. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of service.
