Best Emergency Leak Repairs in Saint Petersburg FL

Big Thanks to Jeremy of I Find Leaks! ... we have reclaimed water for irrigation and discovered a leak that was using 111k gallons in a month – our city quota was 17k! – so you can imagine the magnitude of this leak!
The big deal is that Jeremy thought he found it the first time (traced to a broken cylinoid) but we later discovered that that was only a small part of the problem. The real leak was somewhere else. So we needed him to come back and search again. Without hesitation – or asking more money, he happily came out 2 days later and then found the real culprit leak. He said, we're square, we like to see the job done right. Wow!

Low cost estimate but very high cost for repair. $300 to replace the flexible line. Crazy price for a/c also. They are more interested in selling a preventive package then doing the repair. Not happy with them.

They did take care of the job that I paid for but unless you have a lot of money that you want to spend on something this is not the place to go. I just needed an element replaced in my water heater which is a simple procedure and it cost me $225.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Update: Jarrett is at it again. He helped us with the installation of a new toilet and adding a waterline to our fridge. The toilet works great and the cut he made in the drywall for the waterline was done carefully. Which means repairing the drywall will be easy.

We used Paradise Air for routine yearly service on our unit for years. Loved Paradise Air: professional, organized, punctual, trustworthy, and everything you want from a reliable AC company. In February, Paradise Air was acquired by Performance. I called the other day to schedule a yearly check up on our system. Performance couldn't find us in their system, then made an appointment but when I called back to adjust the app. time found out that there was no record of an appointment made. Made another app. but then decided to cancel until I could speak to a manager about our service record (as we would pay in advance for this service-two years at a time-and wanted to find out our status). Got a call the next day that a tech was on their way out, for a service that was canceled the day before. Was finally contacted by a manager who claimed they had no record of service at our address. The next day, received another call from a manager who had no idea another manager had called me the previous day or any of the previous issues. This time, she quickly pulled up our address and name in the system and could view our past payment history and service agreements. What a mess of a company! The lack of organization is concerning. No one has any idea what's going on. Will not be continuing on with Performance and will be making the switch to a new company going forward. I would hate to actually need them in a time of need.

Would definitely use again. Louis and Benjamin were both very helpful and thorough. Called for a flood in the bathroom but didn’t know where it was coming from and every step they explained what they were going to do and what they were going to look for to tell if something wasn’t right. Louis even went to check our water softener because he felt the regeneration time was taking too long

I called because I needed someone to fix a broken faucet in our upstairs bathroom. They came in the very same day and fixed the faucet in no time. The plumber the sent out was very professional. These guys obviously had a lot of plumbing experience and if I ever need future plumbing help, I'll call this company again.
