Best Drain Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter was recommended to me by two different people, so I decided to call them when our garbage disposal started leaking under the kitchen sink. My husband is out-of-town on business, so I was a little leery of having a repair person come to the house, for fear they'd assume I was clueless and try to take advantage of me. Quite the contrary!

Nate came to the house and was prompt, courteous, professional and did a thorough job. He showed the utmost integrity, explained to me all that he repaired and was truly there to help me out, NOT to make a quick buck or upsell me. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Mid Sep got a call from my wife saying toilet would not flush and brown water was filling up my tub. Called a Plumber based of price. That was my first problem. Guy showed up snaked toilet said good to go. Charged me. Day later same issue, call plumber snakes toilet charges me AGAIN. 2 days later same problem.....UNREAL. Called Advance Plumbing. Plumber named Dale came out to look at issue. Within 10 min he had problem solved. Roots. Went on roof snaked properly no issues. Then put chemical in all of my 3 toilets. Been a month, no issue. So what have i learned? I paid a cheap plumber 2 times and paid Advance 1 time to get it done right. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR. Thank u again Dale and Thank u to Advance

Very professional and very pleased.

Despite a time mix-up (we were told we’d be first, and were leaving in the afternoon for a vacation), I was very pleased with the tech and his work. Our AC drain was clogged (turned out the landscaping service had buried it!), and we called Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing. We were advised in advance that Lonny would be our tech, along with his pic. Nice touch. Lonny A knew his “stuff”, and was able to turn a highly stressful situation into a successful one. This included the bill, which would’ve broken us were it not for the payment options Lonny’s company offers (and that he was able to explain in clear and basic terms). He worked very quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Thank you for having people like Lonny; people who know their subject and are excellent communicators.

Called Romo’s late morning to see if they could assist. I was referred by a friend who also uses this company. Jason was able to get a plumber out the same day in mid afternoon to replace my hot water tank. They were professional and left area clean. Would definitely recommend them in the future. Thanks again.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

update charged my rating as they can not spell my name right......Cole listened to my issues. He was understanding. As I tried to replace the faucet myself but was unable to get the upper water line bolt undone... I have always rented and never had to use a plumber before. Appartment complex is forcing people to do own repairs.. will be moving... Cost much more than I ever thought it should... Cole was great 5 stars to him... 4 stars on the shocking price..

Kevin and Tommy provided great customer service . An explanation of the service that would be provided as well as expense . The repair was done in a timely manor. Phone contact when they would be providing service was excellent.

Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

Schedule an appointment with them over the phone (received a confirmation text as well) and they never showed up. I didn't even receive a call.
