While preparing my house to go on the market I was in need of several plumbing projects, including, fixing toilets, shower faucets and replacing water heater. Terry was absolutely one of the most helpful professionals I have ever worked with. He was provided all the necessary information and explained each item well to make it easy to make decisions. In addition, all the work done was top notch, he took the time to solder all the pipes for the water heater, I have used other companies in the past and they have used flexible piping, something you expect from a handyman not a plumber. Our hot water pipe burst under the concrete slab. Knoll moved the schedule around for us and Alex and Chris worked hard and came up with a solution to get us up and running with the old and deteriorated pipes. We now have hot water. What a dream!! We so much appreciate these guys!

Called at 4:00...told about the $118 after hours fee, which was fine. I specifically asked what additionally would be charged and was told 118 plus parts. I reiterated my question and was told same thing, which was fine because the ball valve that needed replacement couldn’t be more than $20-30. Was also told by the girl they would review cost before starting. Never was discussed.... Got my bill for $434!! Almost fell over!! Couldn’t believe they charged $361 to install a $20 ball valve... and the installation is kinda sketchy. Would definitely check with other companies before going with them.

Matt and CJ called an hour before arrival. They found all gas leaks and made repairs where necessary. Highly recommend this company if all service personnel is anything like the crew we had.
