Best Drain Line Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

We used Slaughter for the installation of a water heater. Granted, i had the job set up for him, to make it easier and quicker. He was on time. efficient and did a good job. Met me expectations. Reasonably priced as well.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Probably the best plumbers I have ever used. I just moved into my new house and right away the water heater was not working. It was not something I thought about checking when inspecting the property. They installed a new water heater that was bigger than the old one. Installation price was pretty reasonable too.

He explained the type of repair required, fixed the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was complete. This company has provided great service in the past (and the receptionist, Alecia, is charming) but Nathan is in a class of his own.

Our A/C stopped working and my husband called praying we could get help the same day. Ralph came out within 2 hours of the request and had our A/C working within an hour after diagnosing the problem. It was a pleasant surprise to get such great service so quickly.

Mon 2/13/23 new pot filler install. Louis was 3 mins early on appointment, great customer service explained everything and professionally installed and tested the new pot filler install. Excellent job highly recommend.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.
