Best Drain Line Jetting in Saint Petersburg FL

I contacted Mr. McCormick regarding a leak in my mother's home in Seminole FL ( I am a daughter who lives out of state) . I am writing this to compliment Mr. McCormick and his staff members of their excellent professionalism from beginning to end. It is exciting to deal with such KIND & HONEST professionals. And most importantly going OVER & BEYOND the call of duty. It eases my mind to know that although I am thousands of miles away --- my mother is in great hands and that her issues are handled promptly and correctly. Thank you Mr. McCormick for running such an awesome company !!

We had an emergency. I tried moving the hose to a better spot. The spigot on the side of the house began spouting water both inside the wall and outside the exterior wall! And since this is our new home, the broken shut off valve hasn't been fixed yet. So, I began calling plumbers. The fifth call was to Slaughter Plumbing. In spite of it being very busy, they had someone here within 30 minutes and he managed to get the shut off valve at the street turned off and then fixed our leak. I'm so happy I cannot even explain. Thanks Jamie for a great job!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I had my tub snaked by Drew Bealer and he did an awesome job. He also looked at done of our other issues and gave us some prices. I will definitely use in the future.

We had recently moved into a new house with a septic system in the Clearwater area, and had never previously had a septic tank before. With all the heavy rain we get here, a common problem with septics are that they back up sometimes during consecutive days with heavy rain. I didn't know if that was normal or if something was wrong, so we called Mr. Rooter and had someone come out the next day. John McAffee was the service tech that came out, asked what was going on, took a look at our septic tank and explained how they work, and suggested course of action. He suggested it was probably due to get pumped out soon As a precaution, but it was likely due to the heavy rain we had for a week straight and that after it dries up, the tank should go back down to a normal level. Nothing was done beyond that, but John was nice and professional and took the time to look at it, explain how septics work and put my mind at ease being reassured that what I had experienced was common and had an easy/regular solution.

Sam's is the best! I have used him for small and big jobs and his work and service are first class.
