We just had a service call this morning by McGill Plumbing & Water Treatment. The appointment was suppose to be between 1 and 4 pm. Shane from the office called at 9:30am and told me they had a technician in the area if now would be a better time, I graciously accepted! Josh came up and was very polite with a smile on his face. He asked all the right questions and diagnosed the problem right away. Josh was also helpful in answering questions for me to void another back up. Within the hour from Shane's call to paying the very modest bill, my house was back in shape. McGill Plumbing will most certainly be my go to company for me and my clients going forward.
