This place definitely gets five stars. Would give them six if it was possible. Jeremy came out and found the leak in less than 30 minutes and was great to work with. Well worth the cost.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

He was patient with my concerns and questions and took the time to answer them so that I had all the information I would need to decide whether I will go further with the recommendation that would deal with the issue. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. You can’t get any better than D’s plumbing solutions. Thank you Daniel!

Everyday Plumber inspected and repaired our drainage pipes giving us several options before starting. They answered our questions along the way and left the work area clean and neat. The quotes they gave us on cost and time stayed the same with no surprises. Overall the service was exeptional. We've used Every day plumber in the past and will use them again.

I had some outlets that stopped working the Sunday before Thanksgiving, including the stove vent fan. I called 5 electricians and Midway was the only one able to fit me in. They saved the day. Quick work and I appreciated they covered their boots in my house.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Good company owner is the best he deserves 5 stars plus .Give them.a chance you will immediately notice the difference and will never want service from anyone else. Hopefully yo uh meet the owner just once. Geniue good guy the one star was not deserved I apologize to Terry it was not his fault people do things when they are hurt and angry. I accidentally called Premium Plumbing by a googling and clicking mistake, but so glad I did instead of the name brand Roto Rooter that we usually use. Not only were they half the price for the same job, Louis was so friendly and helpful. He fixed the clogged and offered recommendations that we can do on our own to help prevent it from happening again. He didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed. Being a stay at home mom with kids running around I do feel that I often get sold more than needed by salesman, but Louis was a professional plumber who I felt that I could trust and did not try to sell me what I didn’t need or upsell. So happy for the accidental call as the next time I need a plumber I’ll call Premium Plumbing and ask for Louis on purpose.
