Best Commercial Services in Saint Petersburg FL

Came out to look at a water leak on Friday and was in able to repair until Monday morning. Did not show up or call on Monday. I called and they said that they were very busy and could not repair water leak until Wednesday or Thursday. Tried to recommend other plumbers. They failed to honor their word. Very poor customer service. They still charged us $90 for a service charge and did not finish the job

Slaughter Plumbing replaced a hot water heater on my third floor with total ease. I had some concerns because I have white carpet on that floor; however, they were in and out and you never knew they were there. They were on time, courtious, no after problems from work performed, and very clean. Would definately recomend

I've had 3 visits to get my ac right. $1200 dollars later I still have issues. Your tech Jason ,I believe he has done his best to get things right, but maybe a new set of eyes might be a good idea .I am willing to go one more try,but if I don't get better results I'll have to find a new ac company.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

They were able to come out the same day to fix my clogged sink drain. They were very professional and I am very satisfied.

I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
