Had a great experience, at first I was a bit disappointed with the response time; however, Once the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable and finished the job within 30 minutes. This past week we had Patrick come out. Again, we were so pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Turned out that we didn't need the more expensive service that we thought we would, and we really appreciate Patrick's thorough assessment and honesty about what caused the problem.

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

We spotted a water leak and suspected our water heater McGill sent someone out right away. Mike L. was on-time, professional, polite, thorough, and explained everything as he went. It was not the water heater --- it was a leak in the kitchen wall. He worked continually while he was here ....... in an extremely cramped area (I might add)!! He did not cut corners and went above and beyond to do a professional job. He also cleaned up after himself and double-checked his work before leaving!
