My technician, Shaun S. contacted me during the scheduled time to inform me that he was on his way. Shaun couldn't have been more knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Tampa Bay Plumbing did the installation of our gas tankless hot water heater via Clearwater Gas on June 5 2020. We just got natural gas service in our neighborhood recently. They did a great job. Very professional, courteous & friendly. Our water heater is working fantastically We are very happy and would call them should we need any other plumbing services.

Mr. Rooter came the day I called and took care of an all day very involved plumbing issue. I was out of town and he thoroughly explained, complete with videos, what needed to be done and why. Technician was two hours late...and we were the early morning appointment! Was called out to extend an existing gas line about 18'. He ballparked the job would take at least four hours. Fours hours! Having run galvanized in the past, I can assure you this job shouldn't take more than 1.5 hrs, and that's if you work alone without breaking a sweat. He also lied to me saying the job required a permit, something I later confirmed was completely false. So, if you want a company that is late, grossly over chargers, and gives you misleading information, Billy the Sunshine Plumber is the one.

Joe is very responsive and efficient. He helped me unclog my kitchen sink pipes that have been pooling up with water for months.
