I woke up to no water,I am 79 yr. old. Called a couple plumbers and they were no help. I swear the good Lord had me call Mr. Rooter, no problem Nick Waugh was here promptly and I have not met a more friendly,kind professional worker in a long time. I will spread the word about Mr. Rooter,and thank you Nick for being so kind. This company gets 10 star,you need plumbing help call them first.

I couldn't find a plumbing company to find my flow restriction in a recently purchased condo. The water heater had been replaced in 2022. In the 1st floor laundry and bathroom, we had a cold water flow restriction. Having a great past relationship with Allen's as a young company, I called and ended up taking with Allen. After discussion I asked Allen if they would come to Tampa and take a shot. The following morning, after checking all obvious things, Allen came over. The next thing they were blowing out a segment of pipe. All of a sudden, this big blue marble like object rolls out and into the street. Allen recognized this as a part used in the Mor Flo water heater, which had been replaced in 2022. They put the system back together and the flow in laundry and bathroom is perfect. If I could rate them negative stars I would. My one and only experience with this company was a uniformed plumber verbally harassing and cursing at a very nice lady at a local convenience store because they did not have a public bathroom. He proceeded to yell at her for several minutes before my boyfriend and I stepped in and told the guy it was time to take a hike. He then proceeded to become threatening towards us and said some very nasty things about women. He claimed to be a union rep and to be close friends with people in code enforcement and told the lady working at the cash register he was going to shut her business down. If a representative of this company feels comfortable acting this way while wearing his comapny’s Uniform and driving one of their vans through the small town of Redington it says a lot about who People’s Plumbing is.

Amazing plumbers very reasonable they definitely didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need They gave me a courtesy call before coming and they were Right on time and not a minute late... Chris, alex and Johnny are amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable.... Calling the office to set up a schedule was very convenient nole was very polite and got me a plumber at my house in no time... I will definitely be useing them again and reccomend them to anyone!!!😁😁

Great service with 24 hour service

A gentleman showed up to take a look at the work. We discussed what was going on and as he was looking at the plumbing doing his thing I went to work with my contractors that were on property. After about 10 or 15 minutes with the contractors I went back to check to see what the plumber thought and the gentleman had disappeared from the property. Never said anything to me I never heard back from scotto's and I never received an estimate. A waste of my time and company time.

I have been looking for a reliable plumber since I moved to the new house about 7 months ago because the water outlets were all done outside the pool cage. I wanted one for convenience in adding water to the pool when its low and to water the plants inside without dragging the hose from outside. All the references I got from casual acquaintances did not work or I did not feel right after talking to them. Joe did a spectacular job and to think that all I did was Google plumber near me after I felt desperate on finding one! I got so lucky because I had to engage him based solely on a phone conversation. Joe's business caption on his truck is: The Pleasant Plumber! How appropriate this was! Joe was not only pleasant to deal with but he also did the job very well. He was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the installation, very neat on the work area and even went out of his way to fix a hole on the concrete wall that was left gaping by another contractor who had previously installed the water softener system. Thank you for everything Joe! I will definitely call again when I am ready for another plumbing project.

While vacationing at my daughter's and son-in-law's in Clearwater, we had an emergency because of a broken outdoor faucet in the outside wall. David, the plumber with Friends was terrific. He not only took care of it quickly, but added some humor along the way making me feel much better about it, although it had flooded several rooms. Keep Dave, he's terrific!!
