Best A/C System Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

Very happy with the prompt service. The service pro Konstantin P. was the best, he accessed my water heater problem and we decided that it was time for the 9 year old rusted out heater to go. The area that had to be worked in was very tight and Konstantin was very patient. I would give six stars if I could. I will use McGill for any future plumbing needs and will request Konstantin to do the work.

I arrived home from work to find my water heater had failed and was leaking. I called Mr. Rooter and the very nice young woman, Heather, that took my call said someone would be here within the hour. Nick Waugh arrived in less than an hour and went right to work and got a new water heater installed posthaste. Nick was very friendly and professional. He got the job done and now I can have a hot shower tonight!

I highly recommend 89$ Leak Detection. I called late Monday evening and was expecting to have to leave a message. To my surprise, Gary answered the phone when I called so I didn't have to leave a message or wait for a call back. A Hugh plus to start with. He came out the next night and was able to find where my leak was coming from in less than an hour. It ended up being an AC pipe issue. I called my AC company while Gary was still at my house and he even took the time to talk to the AC guy to explain what he found and discussed the best solution to fix the problem. Gary way exceeded my expectations. He's very professional, has a great concern for his customers best interest and his price can't be beat. Was prepared to join chorus of good reviews after our first call to them for a tenant's clogged drain (based on the tech they sent), but the drain flooded out again within the same week causing a bunch of damage. I brought in a 3rd party sewer cam to assess situation before asking for consideration on the fees for Sunshine coming out a second time (and the related damage cause.) 3rd party said everything in sewer looked STELLAR, and that Sunshine obviously didn't fully clear the clog the first time. (What they did do is leave the personal products that caused the clog in a pile in the yard.) Anyway, called the owner and he said he'd call me back after checking this out (after he defensively insisted it just had to be a new clog within the same week.) Did not hear back after a few days, so I called again. Crickets. Told the company we have a half dozen new properties we are managing too. They apparently don't care about new business and/or standing behind the work they do.

Paradise Bay Plumbing is no ordinary plumbing company. Joe Morin is by far the most knowledgeable individual I know, about plumbing. Not only is he licensed in Hillsborough county like most plumbers are but he licensed in the whole state unlike other plumbing companies. Even though I traditionally perform my own plumbing, I realize after meeting Mr. Morin. I save more and still receive the greatest customer service. To top it all off, he price matches! I highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing to everyone in need of servicing.

Had a slow draiing shower. Initially I called Nick but he was booked straight and could not come out for a week. I called another licenced plumber who could not figure it out, clocked the drain more and was recommending opening up the wall in the kitchen to access the tub drain. I ended up calling Nick back who squeezed me in. He came out and within 5 mins had the drain unclocked...I would highly recommend this company and if needed will use them again in the future...Thank you Nick!!!
