This company shut the water off to a building without letting anyone else in the building know they were going to do it. More so, this was not an emergency situation. When I called them they said it was not their responsibility to let other owners in a condo building know. We live in a four unit condo building, all units privately owned. The company said their technicians do not have the time to knock on doors and let others know. Those would have taken all of 5 minutes and would have been a common coutesy. They stated their common practice was to tell the person who orders the work to let others know and that the tech also asks when they arrive if others have been informed. Obviously, they did not follow common practice seeing no one informed the other three owners.

Service Pros are my go to call for all things Roofing, Plumbing and HVAC. I manage, develop & own multiple properties in St. Petersburg. I’m so thankful for their service. I highly recommend you give them a call next time you need anything from renovations to maintenance calls to new construction they do it all. Excellent service & quality work. 5 stars.

Jared responded immediately to my inquiry on Yelp and he was able to come out to install our new toilet in a timely manner. He was very professional and called the night before the install to confirm and showed up on time and finished in less time than he estimated. He wore a mask and had plastic covers in advance for his shoes. Cleaned up all trash and boxes and we are all set! He is top-notch! Thanks Jared!

John McAffee worked on the pipes under my house for a few days in a row. The old cast iron was failing and causing to many issues. I had another plumber tell me that I needed to hire a concrete company to dig out a hole INSIDE my back room so he could get to the pipe in question. John offered a better solution and I got to keep my room intact. I am grateful for the steady and methodical way that the work was done, and thrilled with the outcome. Thank you!

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Bad , left work not complete. Plumper left bathtub pluck up, all he said was is going to be expensive. Over chargef, Got different plumbing company same day and work was completed within 15 min.
