I was lucky to come across Flow Pro’s online when in need of some extensive plumbing help as we were renovating our kitchen at our rental property. We’ve had the chance to work with multiple of the techs including Jared (the owner), Andre and others on installing a new sink, finding a pipe leak, repairing and installing new pipes, a toilet repair and most recently unclogging our sink at our home - all interactions have been 10/10. Don't trust Eli at Trust EB Plumbing. He comes to you house gives you a verbal estimate and on the day they are supposed to start the work, they are a no show and he calls and says things have changed and now the price is doubled. You would think he would know the process but he doesn't. If I could give them no stars I would.

Brishaun and Antonio, Heroes from Clog King Plumbing, spend 2 days in this sweltering heat, digging up yards and yards of soil in the backyard and cutting through 30 ft of 6 inch patio concrete, to remove collapsed orange-burg sewer pipe. What a great team, efficient and effective work habits.They knew just what to do to fix our plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Mr Rooter is the 4th company I called. They were excellent. They replaced my sump pump whose purpose is to pump rain water that accumulates from the backyard to the road. John M was prompt, knowledgeable, and hard working plus clear with pricing. Highly recommend.

I'd leave no stars if I could. Worst customer service from the owner in my life. Called them to come out, after recommendations from my HOA. Should have checked the reviews first, I certainly would have NOT called Allen's Plumbing. My story begins with a clogged up toilet, which was occasionally working and then sometimes it would not. On a call to Allen's plumbing I was told that a technician would go out and investigate and that they would call me with the results. I was further told if they found nothing that they would check with the HOA to see if others in building were having problems as well. I said I understand the process and would be waiting to hear from them. About two weeks later a get a bill for $146.00 for snaking the toilet, flushing it several times, and reportedly there was nothing found. I was not there when all of this was done, the tenant told me that the tech stayed about 20 minutes and they did not remove the toilet to check for obstructions as well. I would have expected that for almost $150.00 the toilet would have been removed, then snaked the line etc.

I went by to talk to the owner (Allen) about this and that I would be willing to pay a service charge but paying for the snaking of the toilet I would not. I feel the snaking was not effective, because a few days after they performed this service the toilet stopped up again. Which at this time, I got in my car and drove from Tennessee to St Petersburg to fix this issue. Went to Home Depo, rented a snake and got a new wax seal. Removed the toilet, inspected the toilet, snaked the line, put everything back and have not had a problem since. So, I just wanted an answer and to discuss this bill with Allen.

Well Mr Allen totally ignored me by staying outside blowing his parking lot off and chatting with his employees while I waited. He knew I was there and even told me he was coming inside. Well after waiting for 20 minutes total, I left. I guess that was his plan to ignore me and it worked. It worked so well, thanks. This was and has been the worst customer service from a company owner I have ever had. I have spent over 20 years in the military, having dealt with hundreds of companies and business owners and all of these dealings have not been great, but people are always respectful and willing to listen, talk, and work to resolve a customer issue. I am going to make it point to inform my HOA, the BBB, and all of social media about this company and their business practices and the way I was disrespected.

If he was not going to cut anything off the bill, just be a man and come and talk to me about it. Such a cowardly act! NOT RECOMMENDED

If I could rate them negative stars I would. My one and only experience with this company was a uniformed plumber verbally harassing and cursing at a very nice lady at a local convenience store because they did not have a public bathroom. He proceeded to yell at her for several minutes before my boyfriend and I stepped in and told the guy it was time to take a hike. He then proceeded to become threatening towards us and said some very nasty things about women. He claimed to be a union rep and to be close friends with people in code enforcement and told the lady working at the cash register he was going to shut her business down. If a representative of this company feels comfortable acting this way while wearing his comapny’s Uniform and driving one of their vans through the small town of Redington it says a lot about who People’s Plumbing is.

I called and the owner Sam came out right away after my 3 year old dropped a toy in the toilet and flushed. It caused water to back up. He was very informative, efficient and professional. The rate was very affordable. I would highly recommend this company.
