Best Toilet Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

After 3 visits they could not fix issues even though they said it was. Over charged us. When I had to leave my wife to deal with them with the 3rd different plumber he was extremely rude and talk down to my wife. Terrible experience. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: After the 3rd visit, 3rd different plumber and job still was not complete I wasn't about to call and waste my time with your company and shouldn't have to call you to discuss your workers poor behavior. They should be trained to act professional and just get the work done and correctly. The lack of experience of two of the plumbers was surprising and disappointing. Had another company come out that week and fixed everything within 30 minutes and when discussing the previous visits with the new plumber he said, What the hell were they thinking?

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Mid Sep got a call from my wife saying toilet would not flush and brown water was filling up my tub. Called a Plumber based of price. That was my first problem. Guy showed up snaked toilet said good to go. Charged me. Day later same issue, call plumber snakes toilet charges me AGAIN. 2 days later same problem.....UNREAL. Called Advance Plumbing. Plumber named Dale came out to look at issue. Within 10 min he had problem solved. Roots. Went on roof snaked properly no issues. Then put chemical in all of my 3 toilets. Been a month, no issue. So what have i learned? I paid a cheap plumber 2 times and paid Advance 1 time to get it done right. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR. Thank u again Dale and Thank u to Advance

We came home at 5pm to discover the water heater had ruptured. Fast of Florida was here by 7pm to contain the issue. We had a new water heater installed before noon the following day. The technician, Scott Nottingham handled the situation professionally with ease. Thank You for the consistent excellent services!

Beau E. contacted me within 1/2 of his arrival to confirm my location, and ask for detailed directions through trailer park.Once there, he was extremely friendly, greeting me with a smile and a handshake and we immediatelywalked back to look at the unit. Soon after, Beau pointed out the issues, explained my repair/replacement options. He quickly performed the repairs which I opted to have done and also replaced the batteries in the thermostat inside the trailer. Overall my experience with Beau E. was professionally handled by a friendly, gentleman. He even befriended my dog!

This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Everydayplumber did a complete repipe of my house, as well as redoing the p-trap, drain, faucet, and garbage disposal in my kitchen. They also moved the hot water heater location and installed a new one. I couldn't be happier! Everyone from the owner to the Ops Manager came out to ensure the project was set up for success. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I am installing a water treatment system and I needed some preliminary plumbing done for the installation. Andy came by today to look at the job I needed. He assessed it, got the parts and did the job. He did exactly what was needed it looked very professional.

I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. After several more days of calls and rescheduled service appointments for 8/24/2023, the plumber stated he would be at my location to effect the fix. The plumber called again and said that he would be there today at Noon. Then at 12:30. No show. More calls. At 1:30PM…”I’m five minutes away.” No show. at 2:15PM: “My GPS says I’m 9 minutes away…” at 3:30PM, still no show. Finally, plumber arrives at 4:40PM. Another Plumber (“Tony”) said: “The needed part cost $375.00, but I will discount it $75.00. I checked with an online plumbing supplier and the entire plumbing assembly to repair the leak, including overflow valve, costs $22.99. I am thoroughly upset. I have wasted days with this very unreliable company that obviously isn’t concerned with their customers’ time and patience, and with questionable pricing practices.

I liked the text message updates. Terrell did a great job as well as being on time and the charge was what was quoted.
