These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

I had a leak on an outdoor spigot that I wasn't sure how to solve. Plus, it was a non-standard approach from a previous owner and it was ready to bust! Flow Pros tech came over the very next day and came up with a perfect solution. Fast and easy!

I was scheduled for 10am plumber fell behind on first job. Call to get ETA for plumber the receptionist was good at rerouting my time to another plumber. Overall great service the second plumber was on time which was only a hour off. I think his name was Matthew, he was on time and finished up within the hour. He also cleaned up after himself. Would use them again if needed.

We went out of town and turned out water off without turning off the hot water heater and when we returned to Tampa our hot water heater was shot. We had a scheduled flight the next morning. Not only did they get someone over to us but Anthony was awesome! Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great experience. Learned a lot and will definitely not make the same mistake next time we leave. We would use this service again and recommend it to our friends!

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. When completed cleaned up the entire area to where you can’t even tell they were here. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! You all are the best!

I call McGill. Jennifer sets up an appointment. A bit later, Shane P. calls and says we should verify the leak location first, and connects me with Sleuth Leak Detection, who discover the leak is in a Floor Drain Trap Primer....not under the slab!!!!
I call Sean back and tell him about the Trap Primer. He has one in stock and has Jennifer set up a repair for the next week. At 8:45am, Sean calls to say his guy will be there at 9:00am. Jonathan arrives precisely on time, explains the process, goes to work and completes everything in in 1 1/2 hours!!!
Problem solved!!! I no longer hear water moving!!!!

I called other plumming servicea and EB was the only one tonorivide same day service and not at a high orice. Eki, the owner, was very detailed in explaining the issue with our hot water heater. He was so very professional and really cared. I highly recommebd using Trust EB, with you plumbing needa. They are awesome!!

The technicians are really helpful. They arrive in a timely manner and explain what the are going to do and how much it's going to cost prior to doing any work. They are friendly and honest. Highly recommend.
