I can't say enough about slaughter plumbing, on time, efficient and an awesome job creating my new throne of enjoyment I could not recommend anyone higher

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I have a Fast of Florida warranty agreement and I try to take advantage of the free check-up for my air conditioning system every year. This year (March 2021), Jason, the service technician, provided the most thorough check-up ever. He took the time necessary to perform the work that will have my a/c operating in top form this summer. Thank you.

I'm retracting my previous review, since just recently I had them come out on a plumbing call, not only did they send technicians that did not have any of the required equipment, but they used my tools and wet vac. 4hrs later they were unavailable to get the job done because they didn't have the proper equipment. The manager was supposed to calle back, after I've left several messages and here we are almost 2 weeks later and not one call back. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were different from the rest... apparently not!

I have an elderly neighbor who is going blind and during tropical storm Colin we figured out that her sump pump was not working. A long story short she had been taken advantage of by another company and had two sump pumps installed within three years that were not working correctly.
I spoke with Larry and explained the ordeal, after a little trouble shooting and some measurements, he had one of his technicians out within a few hours. They figured out that pump was not installed correctly and she didn't need a new one, a quick fix and everything went smoothly. This is not a company that will take advantage, they did a great job, friendly, professional, and I will use them myself!
