This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Service call responded to same day. Technician Herman (Buddy) checked system on both ends and repaired the issue. Buddy also set up a follow up service call while on site. Herman was super professional and pleasant to deal with.

UPDATED REVIEW 8/11/2021 took a couple of trips, but problem got solved. The problem with the AC was difficult to diagnose, and wound up being a bad T-stat. Took a couple of trips and some time to run down that the part was under warranty. Glad they took the time as I didn't have to pay for a new T-stat. and saved me a couple of hundred $

I want to personally thank Romo for his excellent customer service. First I spoke to him and described the condition and immediately he tried to troubleshoot the issue, just as others had noted. Then we agreed at a time the next day and he was there at exactly that time He evaluated our faucet free of charge and then gave me recommendations on our path forward. Very satisfied as I felt he was looking out for my interest vs trying to make a buck. I have sense shared this experience with two others as they know I expect honesty and integrity and Romo will be my go to plumber in the future. Thanks

Called for a estimate guys came out and ran a camera through my old Orangeburg pipe then explained to me why it was clogging.Got a call from the office and was surprised their was a camera fee to say the least. Amanda very professionally explained to me 2/3 of the camera fee would be taken off my estimate and it was.the work they did was great the price was good . the employees did a good job and cleaned up and took all the old stuff with them and answered all my questions. I have alot of questions. Called Stan on a off day and he took the time to answer all my questions.in the end you just have to trust people and take people for their word. Stan and C&W kept theirs. I will use them again hope their ready for more questions.

This morning, I found that my water heater was leaking. I called Midway, and they arrived within an hour. I am self-isolating because I’m 80 years old, so their technician Terry and I did all of our communication by phone. He found I needed a new water heater, we agreed on a price, he had a supplier deliver one, and Terry installed it immediately. Terry was very nice and very professional. What a relief! I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

Ask for Kristopher Stuck! (five stars for this guy!) He is the greatest...and very knowledgeable! Service performed was done on my air conditioning unit. The company itself charges a gas fee..which I was not happy about...also prices for parts seem a little to expense!
