Seriously amazing. If they were there 20 minutes, I'd be surprised. They went right to the leak area, identified specifically where it was, dug into the wall to confirm, and they were done! And it's a good thing we had them come out -- we thought the leak was a few feet to the left and lower in the wall. Their hole was much smaller than ours would have been had we started digging around looking for it. Well worth it.

Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.

If you are reading this review . You need to know i do not typically write a review. This is a very unexpected very exceptionally Awsome experience. Most companies (in my option) want to take your money.. and then a little service.However my experience with FAST AND (Thomas Witkop ) and his techs (Axle and Richard) and rest of the team. They went way above in getting our units installed with very little notice . It was a very difficult situation. We contacted had tried a few other companies for help. Very few results. All with the same ( no units available. We will call you back. Or no Techs at this time... My office had older units, that gave up during August summer heat. 1 unit with a electric issue. All 5 units in the Gap between ceilings and or on the roof. Even in the extreme heat they worked long hours in order to get our office back to comfortable situation. Dealing with older wiring and ductwork that was outdated. (Old falling apart )With no complaints or price adjustments and only (smiles and thank you for your buisness.) working late hours. Even Cleaned up like it never happened.Since the installation they have came out twice to make sure we were very comfortable and happy with work.Wow evenThomas has been-out to check himself.This is the type of service that deserves recognition and and for me to take the time to write a review. This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Because of a medical need to stay home and recover from an operation, during the course of the work at my house, I was privy to multiple conversations and interactions between the lead man Mr. Rich and his hard-working, intelligent, and attentive young man Alan, John, Jose, and Eddie. Between clearly setting the example of hard work ethic, Mr. Rich off and on continually mentored these young men as to how and why they were doing what they were doing. You would think he owned the company and he was training his sons to take over. The was an attitude of mutual respect shown continually even though the work was very hard. I was very impressed with all of them! When the inspector came to assess their work, Mr. Rich was very respectful and humble to listen and make necessary changes yet held his ground on time-tested Old School methodologies that worked better than the new method the inspector tried to enforce on Mr. Rich but to no avail. As to Eddie who dug some on the inside of the fence and the ditch for the drain in my yard outside the fence...Wow!! Not only was I impressed with his ability to work with speed and endurance, but what really said he’s a man of integrity willing to face whatever music he creates, was when he asked me to check and see if my Internet was on since he accidentally cut through a wire that possibly went to it. It was fine.
Because of Mr. Rich and his team of hard working, well mannered apprentices, I now see why Every Day Plumbing has such high reviews. There’s still a decent amount of work to be done at my house but based on their start, I know I’m in good hands.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.
