After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. I was in a time crunch to get a few random plumbing things checked off my list from an inspection for the sale of my home. This company was very professional and prompt with their service. When a new part was needed and we really got down to the wire they accommodated my situation and we’re able to get everything done in time including coordinating with the city inspector. Would definitely recommend/use again!

I recently had MSP Plumbing Heating Air install a whole house water filter because my wife opened her water bottle filled with water from our kitchen faucet and it wreaked like chlorine. The day before the appointment, the company called and confirmed that the scheduled time - 8:00 am - still worked for us. The company rep was very friendly and courteous. Jeremy arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled. I showed him my utility room where we discussed the strategy for optimizing the benefits of the filter. He also explained in detail to me, and then again to my wife, the various water sources in our house - bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry - and whether those sources were hooked up to hard or soft water, and provided an analysis of both. He was very knowledgeable, and provided the information necessary for us to make an informed decision. Since he was here, I also asked him to take a look at my plumbing systems just to double-check that everything was set-up correctly (we didn't build the house). After a few minutes Jeremy came upstairs and told me my humidifier and boiler were hooked up in a way that is not recommended and reduces the life of the products. I asked if he could fix it, and he said he would be able to very easily since he had to plumb the filter in. A while later he came up and said it was installed and everything had been take care of. He brought me to the utility room and explained what he had done and provided a detailed explanation of how the water filter works to ensure that I was comfortable with everything. He also gave me his business card and told me to call him if I had any questions.I would highly recommend MSP Plumbing Heating Air and will be using them for any future Plumbing and Heating needs. We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Great people to work with. Very polite and informative. They got my ac installed rather quickly. Looks as they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Chris Larson at Metro Plumbing came out to fix a vibration in our shower system. A different company had already been out and “fixed it” before it broke again the next day. Chris was professional and explained every step of his process. He provided options for moving forward and was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue. He even made a follow up call with additional information about the repair the next day! Overall great service, would definitely call them again and ask for Chris.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
