Furnace wouldn't start on a cold winter morning. Called in and they arrived within a few hours. They arrived early and quickly fixed the issue for a reasonable price.
Matt did an excellent job of repairing a leaking shower faucet. It was a difficult job, but Matt persisted and finished the job. We are grateful for the time and quality effort he put into the job!

Our most recent service call from Rumpca Services was for an issue with the furnace and, as always, they were great to work with. We've used Rumpca before to install a air conditioning unit and we are always very pleased with working with them. Very pleased with my experience with Rumpca. After three bids on a new AC, their combination of price, warranty, professionalism, communication, and reputation won me over. I heard Lennox ACs have a great reputation, but I also heard they tend to be a bit more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by their quote. My friend has raved about Rumpca's service and integrity for years, and now I see why. I appreciate their attention to details and the fact that they followed through quickly on everything they promised. They weren't pushy, the installation was fast, and the service was friendly. I will be happy to work with them again in the future.

We had a leak, we thought, from our washing machine. Come to find out Jason, from Rumpca, found we had a bigger problem. He went in our crawl space & found that the bathtub drain is what caused the mess we had. The pipes were rusted ,causing the water to go through & down the wall in our family room. It caused water damage to part of a wall & part of the carpet in our family room & the crawl space. I would highly recommend Rumpca & Jason. He's very professional & courteous. Rumpca is reasonable with their pricing. They aren't out to take advantage of people. 5 stars!!!

Let me tell you how much I appreciated the service I received from this professional and friendly company. I've had a terrible smell in my condo for about 4 months but I was only home two days a week so I could handle it with Lysol spray.
When my work schedule changed so did my need for help. I called another local company but they were no help actually making me feel silly for calling them.
I contacted Rumpca on line. They called me and came out the very next day. They planned an attack on my venting which required going into my attic in the early morning hours do as to beat the heat. They fixed the problem efficiently. And I was overjoyed to have the wretched smell gone!

Rumpca did a great job on my first floor laundry room. They were on time, friendly, and professional. When they did the initial walk through, they noticed a few things that were not up to the current codes, so they fixed those also. They were very flexible and accommodating because after they did the plumbing and gas lines, I had to have a drywall guy come in to fix the wall. They were able to adjust to my schedule and come back pretty quickly, when the wall was fixed. The only thing that I would have liked is if they would have talked to me about the placement of my washer prior to installing it. There is no room either next to the washer or between my washer & dryer for a soap & fabric softener cart. Other then that, they were amazing!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!! Way to go Rumpca!!

Installed my AC unit a few months ago, today I was having an issue with it and they were at my house about 40 minutes after I called them, didn’t charge me a dime to clean my AC condenser that was full of fuzz.
Repair man did a wonderful job
I had a pluggable problem in my sewer system. My bathtub and toilet downstairs was filling up with household waste. I called Rumpca and within an hour they were at my door ready to help. This was apparently the low points in my drainage system and it was plugged. The drainage problem could of been accessed from the bathtub or the toilet. The bathtub drainage was unaccessable so the toilet had to be removed to get to the problem. Rumpaca removed the toilet and put a camera down the line to see where the pluggable problem was and look for the problem. The drain had to be reamed out several times to 100% clear the line. It must of had a lot of build up because this has never been cleaned out and the house is over two decades old. Rumpca fixed the drainage problem and put the toilet back into place. I was expecting a mess to clean up, however the technical took the initiative and cleaned my bathroom mess up and put the towels into the laundry room! I was pleasantly surprised! Great job Rumpca! Rumpca has installed ducts in our basement family room and our gas fireplace 29 years ago. They have installed a new furnace and air conditioner since then and most recently repaired our furnace and gas fireplace. They are professional, on time, and very responsive for emergency needs. I was extremely impressed with the entire process. They called a 1/2 hour before and arrived 10 minutes early. They went to work immediately and accomodated a couple of minor requests my husband had. I was also impressed that instead of them leaving all the stuff in the driveway until the end of the job it was cleaned up throughout the day and taken away. They sent in the rebates that were available for me and scheduled the inspection for the city - all completed within 24 hours of them completing the service. I have used Rumpca many times in the past but never had such a big project for them. We originally chose them due to being a local business. Based on our 1st experience I just go straight to them now for any of our needs and never have been disappointed in their service. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful & knowledgeable.

We had a leak around the dial in the shower. We arranged for the plumber and he came out for repair.
We had to replace the valve. It took awhile due to the frozen fitting.
Plumber with his knowledge and experience had it taken care of for us.

I needed a new HVAC and water heater. Rumpca was helpful and got me on the calendar for installation quickly. Their price was better then Costco program too.
They showed up on time. Very professional. We were getting AC. It wasn't getting cold fast enough. But me and my hubby are clowns and we couldn't wait. I called the wrong number, the salesperson, very nice but told us to call office. Hubby called office.They said wait 10 to 15 minutes. And call back if not working. Started to work. I had a phone call so hubby didn't call office back.. By this time AC running awesome. Arctic tundra. But office didn't know. They sent someone to make sure. Yes working great. We wasted their time but they had great customer service. Sorry about that guys. Like I said we're clowns. 100% would recommend. They did our furnace last year too.

From the first call to Rumpca Services office we knew we chose the right business to provide the work our home needed.
Scheduling was a breeze and we soon had an professional assessment made by Jeff Wikstrom who came right to our home.
Our job consisted of a water heater replacement and an upgrade on some water line valves, and better venting of the water heater and furnace.
Travis Rumpca performed the install and upgrades which was done with the utmost in professionalism!

For the past many years we have used Rumpca Services when we needed a new furnace, new A/C, and water heater. Each time they took the time to explain why the unit needed replacing and based on our usage, recommended a unit to replace the old one. When the water heater was replaced the technician brought the piping up to code. They are very prompt and courteous. We have been very satisfied with their work.

Josh came out to inspect, clean, tune up furnace, also replace furnace exhaust pipe in basement, old one was rusted and in poor shape, and installed cap on top of chimney around clay flu and exhaust pipe. The guy's did fantastic install of the new furnace and a/c unit and also had extra work done, new heat run and exhaust for the range hood . The furnace works way better I should have upgrade them years ago . Rumpca put that unit in a least 28 years ago . I'm an Architect, when planning my daughter's house I couldn't think of anyone else to design and provide the mechanical system for her house. The house has an efficient gas furnace, hydronic radiant heat in the basement slab and bathrooms, domistic hot water system and heat recovery ventilation system. Since my daughter also heats with wood everything needed to work in harmony and it does. Jason and Jeff were always available for questions prior and during construction and their service was timely which was appreciated since much of the house was built over the winter. They are as good as it gets.

The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a few tips regarding maintenance that I could do and found a small area mice had gotten into the unit, sealed up the area, and replaced corroded wires. We can not say enough good things about Rumpca! Our AC went down during the recent hot spell and we were scheduled for an upcoming baby shower and out of state guests. After reaching out to a couple of Lennox dealers, we realized we should have started with Rumpca. Not only did they get someone out to our house same day (which no one else would do). Our AC was on its last legs, of course, right during the first heat wave of the summer. We use Rumpca for one reason-we trust them. We trust their people, their servicemen and their quality of installs. Our new Lennox AC had to be ordered and due to the heat wave, Rumpca installers were about a week out. Unfortunately, the temps were supposed to soar over the weekend and our old AC was on its deathbed. After a couple of inquiry calls to Rumpca, they sent a serviceman out to help limp our old AC along until the new one could be installed--this in spite of their techs packed schedule (due to other AC customers like me calling with issues haha). Like I said, we trust Rumpca. We have had used Rumpca to install our new Lennox furnace and now our new Lennox AC. If trust, quality of install and customer service are important to you, call Rumpca. The service we received from Rumpca Services was very prompt and courteous. They installed our new Lennox furnace last year. I called to see if they could come out and make sure we were getting the most heat flow possible from our unit. They were out the next morning, made some adjustments and tweaks to make sure all was well with the unit. I think they’re a top notch team for your HVAC needs.
The men that came to my home were very kind and polite. As a single woman I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me not knowing something. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me

I called them to service my furnace. They came out a looked at my furnace for like 2 seconds and said it needed to be completely replaced and it couldn't be serviced. Then left and emailed me a quote for $7,092 for a new furnace. I felt like they were just trying to hustle me so turned down the new furnace and they sent me a bill for $205. For what? It wasn't serviced. Be warned apparently just getting a quote costs $205.
I have been using Rumpca Services for over 25 years and prior to that my parents used them for all their heating, cooling and plumbing needs. I moved to Mpls for a short time where I was forced to find another company. Tried 3 others and there was no comparison to the service I always received from Rumpca's!
Exceptional service every time. The prices are fair, no upselling. I am happy to be back in their service area!

I am pleased with this company. They charge 59.00 for the service call and 112.00 an hour for labor. The were on time and worked quickly to solve the problem. They were very upfront on their pricing and did not pull the I can't tell you how much it will be till our worker comes out and charges you a service call fee and you are hooked in game. I HATE companies that pull that sneaky game.

Over the course of 20+ years, Rumpca has installed a new furnace in my old house, provided regular service on another used furnace, A/C, and gas fireplace for the past 18 years. Last week I was more than happy to pay them to replace that 20 some year old furnace, A/C, water heater, and I added a humidifier. Had to share my recent experience with Rumpca Services.It's been about a month since Rumpca Services was called to clear a blocked drain at my home.I had two weeks earlier, had called well known drain cleaning service only to have it fail again.Asked people in the field who they would call and all said Rumpca is who they would call.Rob from Rumpca came and cleared the drain and using the camera saw the problem,it was a broken off snake.I was impressed in his attitude,he didn't give up ,he cleared all the pieces.He has a great work ethic.Would definitely call Rumpca again for any of their listed services.Also Rob was just doing a repair at my sister's house,thanks Rob.
Rumpca replaced a toilet flange and U-joint feeding into the main stack pipe of my 75-year-home and re-seated and re-sealed the toilet. The technician was available an hour earlier than originally estimated: he was friendly and efficient and really seemed to take pride in his work, accounting for updates in part and pipe specs between 1947 and 2022. He completed the work for Rumpca’s reasonable estimated cost (and Rumpca initially provided the estimate for free as well!); he left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived; and Rumpca was flexible when it came to payment options. Our household has used Rumpca Services for decades: over the years, I’ve priced around for this project and others, and Rumpca is where I’ve ended up. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy, reliable plumbing/HVAC company so nearby!

The gentleman came out and did an outstanding job. He changed 4 water taps. He updated them all and he installed a flange underneath the toilet. My hat’s off to him for the fine job he did. It takes an exceptional person to do what he does. He was fast and efficient.
Absolutely loved the service provided. The guys were punctual, respectful, and very trustworthy. I was even able to leave my home while they worked so I could run needed errands. I love that they are local and that they are quick to respond. I am going to be in the need for a water softener very soon and I plan to go with Rumpca for my second service needs!

Our sink was clogged at a point we were unable to reach. Technician fixed problem and replaced a portion of existing pipe that was installed improperly by builder in less than one hour. He was courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable for service that was provided.
Had a garage furnace put in two years ago. Did not fire up this year, made a call and Rumpca has some one out very next morning and fixed the issue. Fast, Friendly, great service and stand behind their work.
My experience with Rumpca was great! Last winter on a Saturday morning, when we were -30 or some crazy temperature like that my furnace went out. Every other company I called was 2 weeks or more to come out. Then I called Rumpca and they came out in 20 minutes and had the heat working in no time. I was expecting it to be a very expensive service call and I would have paid it cause it was freezing, but to my surprise it was a regular service fee. Recently my water heater quit my first call was to Rumpca and again they were out in an hour and was able to replace my water heater the same day at a reasonable price. I had another business come out to hook up my gas stove. I could not smell a small gas leak, but a friend did. I called Excel Energy & they came out right away & determined there was a slight leak on the stove side & the previous company did not use a long enough flex tube to clear the cabinets for easy access. I called around to a few other companies & they always had a recorded message that they would get back to me. Rumpca Services Inc. always answers the phone & immediately sets up an appointment That works with your schedule. They call 15 minutes before they arrive at the time you agreed on previously with courteous & professional technicians. They did GREAT work & picked up after themselves afterwards. They even helped me get another plumbing project I had going scheduled with them also. The other companies did call back a day or two later, but I was already very satisfied with the quick response & scheduling with Rumpca Services Inc.
I called Rumpca Services at 1:47pm, they had a technician at my door at 2pm. The customer service was great, the technician informed me of what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend Rumpca if you are on the fence of who to call.
Zack seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Charged me exactly what was quoted and showed up on time. Will be using them again for my plumbing or hvac needs!
Update: We used Rumpka again, this time for our ac unit that had failed on a very hot evening. The technician that came out was kind and in and out in less then a half hour, he had one capacitor to replace. I see the bill and get sticker shock. There is no breakdown of the costs incurred - from the amount of labor right down to the materials purchased. I looked up the cost of the capacitor, it was $11. They should tell you there is a minimum trip charge of $197 before coming: They should provide you with receipts of materials purchased/used. Not just try and tell you it was exactly $100 in materials, a clearly made up number.

So far we have only gotten an estimate from them, but their customer service in getting the estimate to us was excellent. They responded to my call right away and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, twice, explained things in a way that we could understand. And their estimate seemed very fair to me.
My father recommended Rumpca to me after years of fantastic service from them. They have now become my first call when I have a issue/need service, as well. They are quick to respond, very professional, and fantastic at fixing the issue and/or keeping me in the loop, in the event they need to get another part and return. I hired Rumpca Services to install a heat recovery ventilator in my home. When I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, his knowledge of HRVs was evident. Jeff came out to look at everything and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a good amount of time working with me on how to best install this system and the ducting and going over every question I had.
The estimate I received was very detailed and clear, and the final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. I was extremely pleased with the prompt follow-up at every step of the process, the communication was excellent.
The installation went very smoothly and there were no surprises. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They took care to protect my flooring and kept things neat. The city inspector complimented the job that the installers did.

My initial introduction was with the proposal i sought out for installation of gas lines for a range, dryer and garage heater. The company was responsive, and professional. The proposal competitive. The team that installed the gas line for my stove was also professional, respectful and efficient.

Rumpca Services installed our Lennox High Efficiency furnace and AC 10 years ago now and have done the routine maintainence on them both since installation. We have had the furnace and AC serviced every 12 to 18 months and we have never had any problems with either unit.
Rumpca has always been easy to schedule an appointment and are always on time. The service persons are actually the same people who installed the furnace 10 years ago. I guess that is a sign of a either a reliable employee or a reliable employer. The service personel are always professional and clean up after themselves when completing the job.
I would recommend Rumpca Services for either installation or service.

Our 40 year old AC unit went out on of the hottest days, about a 100°F. Rumpca was quick to respond. We decided to replace condenser and evaporator with a new high efficiency unit rather than repair. It was a tough two weeks(other contractors were saying 4-5 weeks), but well worth the wait. One company we tried to contact never even returned our calls or messages. Jeff from Rumpca was great to work with, he Travis and Zack did an awesome job, very professional, high quality work. It's a very quiet Lennox 16 SEER AC unit. I'd give 6 out if 5 stars if possible. Rumpca Services came promptly and found out why the furnace wasn't operating. Rather than charging us for parts we didn't need, they explained how box elder bugs had entered the exhaust vent and totally blocked it, and caused the pressure switch to malfunction. The solution is to vacuum the exhaust vent where it attached to the furnace at the beginning of each heating season. It is so nice to work with someone who is honest and will take the time to share a quick tip to use next time. I am totally impressed!

I was so distraught when my 20 year old Lennox AC quit working, especially to find out the compressor was shorted out by mice chewing the wires! It may of worked for many more years. I did my research on the best air conditioner to buy. The Lennox was at the top so I wanted to replace the unit with another Lennox. I looked on line for a local Lennox dealer. Rumpca's heating and air conditioning had great reviews so I called and they were able to send out a representative the next day! Thank goodness, it was so hot out. A very professional representative came to my home, looked at the unit, the square footage of my home, and the furnace. He went through the models that he recommended for my home. The price was reasonable. They were able to fit me in one week later. Two professional men came the day of the appointment and explained the process and went right to work. Within hours my home was cooling down! They also made sure any little spaces that mice could enter were filled in so I would not have the same problem again. When they left, there was no mess, everything was perfect. Now I'm living the dream in my cooled home. Thanks to everyone at Rumpca's 😊

Rumpca Services takes care of multiple services at Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. They do everything from HVAC Maintenance, Plumbing, and maintain and/or replace multiple Sump Pumps & Sensors. Whenever we have an issue here, I call Jason and they are very quick to respond. All of their people are very friendly and hard working. I can always count on them to come to the rescue when something is failing. They are also on top of maintenance items to avoid issues when possible. Zach and Rob are here today performing annual maintenance on our sump pump system. A couple weeks ago I contacted Jason with an urgent request due to no power coming to one of our pump sensors. He arrived, assessed and fixed the issue very quickly. I have used Rumpca's since moving into my house about 15 years ago. They do my annual furance check-up and any plumbing services that I might need. They have always been friendly, polite and efficient. So when it came time to replace my furnace, A/C and water heater, I called on them. Jeff, the estimator, explained the options available to me and pointed out that my Xcel rebates on the furnace and A/C would pay for my water heater. Yippee!!!! On the day of the install, the crew (whose names I unfortunately don't have) arrived on time, put down their floor protection mats and went to work. They came out to repair our water heater that stopped working. They got it up and running within 30 minutes and determined it was due to improper installation of the exhaust pipe from when our house was built. They were friendly and professional. The tech also gave me some advice on issues he saw with our furnace air piping from install as well. Being a new build house, it was clear that we had people put our house appliances together that were not qualified to do so. This is the way a business should be run. Jeff came out took a look told me what he had that would be what I wanted. Did bid, sent it over and liked the price for the whole house filter system. OK'd contract and within 2 days had material and Tech's came out and installed the filter. The tech's were very conscious of our house and put down tarps where the traveled and also wore masks the time they were here.

Rumpca came out, reviewed my HVAC, adjusted a damper, changed the fan speed for the furnace blower, and recommended I return to the original air filter. The result has been fantastic. Much better than the previous service company who simply said I was using the wrong filter.

My parents have always used Rumpca when I was growing up, when it came time to replace my fiancé and I's air conditioner, furnace and some duct work, they were very professional, efficient and made us feel as if we could trust them with their work and suggestions. This company is great. Jeff was fast, informative, and incredibly nice. They gave us a way better price than the other companies for our new ac and it came with labor for 2 years. We were able to schedule with them in a timely manner and when they did the install they were very nice and incredibly fast. We called on a Saturday with a backed up drain not knowing if it needed an emergency response. We spoke with Jason who was very responsive and helpful. Answered our questions and helped us to understand it wasn't an immediate emergency. We got scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Matt was timely Monday morning, very helpful and communicated well. Got to work promptly and cleared out the problem within 30 minutes. He explained to me what the problem had been and did a great job cleaning up after his work. Was even great with our dogs! Highly recommend.

I have worked with Rumpca services to install a new hot water heater, and also for maintenance on my furnace. For the furnace repair, the repairman came the next day. For the water heater, someone came within the hour to discuss options with me, and the new heater was installed 24 hours later. Their workers are professional and knowledgeable. AND! After the furnace repair (in October), the service man noticed that I had accidentally been overcharged by $1. I told him not to worry about it, and completely forgot about it. But when the water heater was replaced in May, Rumpca remembered the $1 credit and handed me a dollar bill.
Apparently, Rumpca also installed my furnace in 2006, before I bought my house, and that one repair in the only one it's needed in 14 years, which means they sell quality products.

I actually had a service contract with another vendor, but because I needed both an AC and Furnace which is a rather large purchase, I chose to get a 2nd quote. Rumpca came in the same day, provided higher quality, for a lower price, and therefore I qualified for both state and federal rebates. It has been 3 months since the work was done & the AC has kept us nice & cool.
Matt saved the day for us. He was thorough and professional. He fixed our burst pipe and stuck around until he found the source of mold growth in our basement (leaking shower). We were thrilled with his detective skills so that we can solve that major issue confidently. We'd definitely use them again!

Our water heater started overheating and releasing water into the pan on Easter Sunday. We called a different repair company to come out same day, bad idea! Needless to say, we did not go with the other company!
Contacted Rumpca on Monday, spoke with Jeff and he came out to give an estimate, which was half of what the other company was charging for full replacement! We had our new water heater replaced on Tuesday morning.

Called & was prompted to send a text on a closed holiday. Someone responded to my text within 5 mn and they said they could have a plumber out the next morning for a leak. The plumber arrived first thing and was courteous quick and efficient. Pricing was industry standard in our opinion. Fantastic experience! True experts. I needed to run a gas line to my kitchen and it was not a very simple process- I called out three other companies who either wouldn't touch it, or wanted to wrap the gas line all the way around the outside of my house! Rumpca arrived and quickly/efficiently figured out a way to do it- and UNDER the price of the other folks. They also helped with several other items- moved two water lines, added an extra heat and return vent in my basement with ZERO damage to drywall. They are extremely intuitive and clearly know what works/doesn't work, and really do an amazing job of minimizing any extra cuts/holes in your drywall. Prices are extremely competitive and service is fantastic- they removed shoes in my house without even asking- that's bonus points in my book! Wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else again. These guys are the best in the business.

Wonderful service. Each person I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. I knew the existing AC unit was undersized and no longer supported by the industry due to government regulation. The tonnage recommended by Rumpca aligned with my research. I thought I would need to go with a more costly SEER to meet my needs, but Jeff didn’t think the costlier option was necessary. It only took Zach and Travis a few hours to install the new unit. While they were at it, they sealed some pre-existing leaks and adjusted some settings on the furnace for optimal efficiency. The new Lennox AC unit is so much quieter and my house is wonderfully cool. Thank you Rumpca!

We have used Rumpca for repairs in the past and have always found them to be very responsive in coming out. They arrive when they say they will and call when they are on the way. When we recently replaced our air conditioning and heating units, the team that did the work were professional, on task, and informative on explaining the new systems to us.
It’s been a few years since Rumpca Services installed a brand new furnace and central air AC unit for us but I finally wanted to write this review to support this amazing company.
Our home of 15 years finally needed a complete new install of heating and cooling. After shopping around and getting multiple estimates from many companies in the metro, we decided to go with Rumpca Service INC. because of their professionalism and knowledge of the situation.
First Jeff came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate with options. He drew up a diagram of our home inside and out with what would specifically fit our needs while being energy efficient.
Once we settled on a plan, we scheduled a date for the install. Travis and Zach, the two technicians were great. They worked hard explaining any issues or questions we had. In two days, they completed the installation. Later when we wanted to add a dual multiple zones for our home, they came back and accomplished the job with no issues.
It’s been about 4 years now, and there has been no problems whatsoever during the hot summer months or the cold Minnesota winter days. We have been extremely satisfied with their quality craftsmanship and customer service. We now recommend them to anyone of our family and friends who need HVAC work. Our cousin who purchased a home in Woodbury listened to our advice and also had his new home installed furnace and AC a few years back.
This company and employees are trustworthy, quality, and wonderful human beings to work with for all your home needs. We believe in them and their terrific Lennox products. Rumpca Services INC. is truly the best HVAC company in Minnesota.

Rumpca did an in-person estimate on Monday (same day we called) and the new Lennox air conditioner was installed by noon on Wednesday. This was our second purchase from Rumpca (furnace in 2017). They provided excellent service from the sales estimate, promptly e-mailing the proposal, filing the Xcel rebate for us, explaining HomeSmart process, and taking time to explain how to maintain the air conditioner.

My air conditioner broke down and I needed to get a new one. I got a quote from a Lennox dealer I was referred to through Costco, and another brand from another company. I decided to call Rumpca to get a 3rd quote for the same Lennox that was already quoted to me. I spoke with Jeff and luckily he was able to meet me at my house right away. I was really impressed with his knowledge, and they had a very competitive price. I signed a purchase agreement with him on the spot on a Thursday, and they installed it the next Tuesday. They showed up right on time and were done 3 hours later. They also took the time to fix some ventilation leaks around the furnace, and some other issues around the AC unit outside, that were not done properly by the HVAC contractor when the house was built. Their installers were prompt, clean and professional. This is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review. I highly recommend them.

I used Rumpca around a month ago to clear my sewer line of corrosion and a piece of plastic that was found in the line. They got me on the schedule within two days and were phenomenal and even cleaned up after themselves as well. A different company said I needed my whole sewer line replaced with the cost being much higher. I am thrilled with their services and just had them out again for another hiccup with the sewer, they were out within one day. Being a new homeowner in an older home I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable as well.

I called Rumpca when our daughter called us saying our septic alarm went off. They were able to come out within a couple of hours of my call. They determined the problem and fixed it immediately. I was out of town and they communicated via phone several times and even took my payment online. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use them again!
After many rears of service, we decided it was time to give our old boiler the boot. I called 5 different companies for bids; Rumpca was the first to show and the favorite from the start. It turns out that they were the most complete bid, and the price leader for the work, but even if they hadn't been the lowest, the thoroughness of their estimate made us certain there would be no surprises.
The work as done was clean, well thought out and our disruption was only a day - the heat was on again within a few hours of starting, and they had re-fit EVERYTHING and refill the system before they could start it up.
We're thrilled with the new system and will definitely call Rumpca for future maintenance and projects.

I have used Rumpca for HVAC and plumbing issues at my home on separate occasions. They are very responsive, on time, and open about the work they are doing. I recommend them to anyone and plan on using them for future projects.
I discovered a toilet leak just before I was going to head out of town on vacation. They were already booked for the day but took my number and told me they would call if one of their plumbers was running ahead of schedule. I got a call in the afternoon that Zach had finished his scheduled calls early and could fit me in. He showed up 15 minutes later and remounted my toilet with a new wax ring and flange. Despite some difficulties caused by a quirky original installation, he did a great job quickly and at a reasonable cost. Athough it wasn't a real emergency, it's great to be able to leave on vacation knowing I won't have to come home to an unresolved problem.

He replaced the part that had failed and also checked our thermostat, noting that one wire had never been connected, which he then connected for us. I called their service to have my furnace cleaned (maintained) since my ecobee reminded me to have it done. Josh was the tech that came out and cleaned the furnace. I found out the sensor was dirty and was the cause of the furnace having issues at startup (aka. Reason for odd noise). He did an excellent job and was quick and great at explaining the situation. Thank you.

Installation of A/C, furnace, and hot water heater. The guys did a great job.
Rumpca Has done all the recent HVAC/plumbing repairs in my house.
They replaced my AC and furnace and installed missing hvac return vents, partially replaced and repaired a dryer vent, repaired a shower faucet, replaced a toilet, and installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal and kitchen faucet.
I keep going back to them because I am so pleased with their work. They are friendly, helpful, on time, tidy and and meticulous in their work. They even knew what rebates I was entitled to and submitted them for me.
I highly recommend them.
I had an emergency gas leak that needed repaired sooner rather than later. I called Rumpca and they sent someone out within an hour or so. They fixed the problem and really helped alleviate my anxiety!!!!

Called about a clogged drain in the morning. Technician was already at our house within two hours and arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Everything was done with care and for a reasonable price.

They came to check out my garage heater and got it working again. They told me what the problem was and gave me my options to ket me decide on the permanent fix. They were punctual and very professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

Called Rumpca after using a $45.00 Groupon for a 21 point inspection with BWS on my furnace. BWS wanted to charge me $628.00 for cleaning the fan and installing a capacitor and suggested I get a new furnace even though nothing else was wrong with it, except it’s older. I called Rumpca and they were able to come out and do the same work for $271.00!!!! And clean out the clogged condensation tube which BWS didn’t check. I definitely will be using them again!
Rumpca's is always quick to respond, they are knowledgeable, get things done quickly and the right way.
