Chris arrived on time with plenty of notice, he was very professional, explained why things were happening and how they worked, completed the job very quickly at the standard you would hope for when plumbing issues arise. My furnace broke down on one of the coldest days and their response time was impressive. From the start with Mike inspecting the problem with the furnace to Roy giving me the details on the new one with no pressure just an honest explanation of what I would be getting with the new furnace. We called Metro when we noticed a water spot on the ceiling of a lower level room. Our plumber, Richard, was able to identify the source (a toilet with a worn out wax seal) and fix the issue. Richard was prompt, friendly, and even took the time to tell me about each step as he completed it. As a new home owner, this meant so much to me! Thank you, Richard.

I called Metro on Monday late afternoon to address a galvanized pipe in the bathroom that needed to be fixed on our older home. Jesse was out to the house by 8:20 the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a reasonable estimate and answered all my questions taking the time to explain the issue and the recommended fix. Jesse completed the project with no surprises. He also walked me thru other plumbing related questions I had regarding our home and took the time to explain the situations and provided me with a couple different solutions I could take to solve the issues. Jesse was knowledgeable, courteous and patient while discussing the plumbing issues with me. Will be using Metro again for our plumbing needs.

I had a small plumbing job - new washes in 3 faucets, a slow running drain, little things like that. Got an appt within a couple days. The morning of my appt, Mitch called and was at my house in about 20 minutes.
He was so professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job, explained everything he did. My faucets are like new, and my sink empties like it should.

Awesome company

Cleaned out the floor drain successfully. However, they refused to quote what it would cost before they came out and charged 100 to look at it. This 100 is taken off the final bill if the work is done and they charged 710 to clean out a clog 8' down the line. They said if it was further down the drain it would have cost 1100 so this 710 was a deal. This was not a deal. Ron the Sewer Rat quoted 510 for floor drain cleaning up to 100'. That's a way more honest way of doing business in my opinion. However they did fix the clog making me think 3 stars is a fair review.

Metro plumbing removed my 70 year old concrete laundry tubs and updated all the associated plumbing. Special thanks to Jesse who was so friendly and professional. He addressed all my concerns and did a great job. He also cleaned up after!!! Great people and good work.

I broke the cartridge in my shower faucet trying to remove it. Mitch (Metro Plumbing) came and was able to remove what was left of it and had it replaced very quickly. Metro Plumbing recently installed a water softener for us. Our house had not been plumbed for a softener and it required a fair amount of additional preparation work. Charles (installer) came a day early to estimate the added plumbing, enabling his office to email a revised quote; after calling ahead, he arrived promptly on the install date and spent the afternoon on the job. Charles worked as quickly as possible; cleaned up the work area carefully; charged and started the softener; and, provided operating instructions and documentation. He was very professional throughout, stopping to explain clearly what he was doing whenever asked. This was our second experience with Metro and I strongly recommend them.

I called Metro and they came out and Mitch gave me a estimate to replace water pipes in my basement. Mitch and Chris came out on time and completed the work in 1 1/2 days. They were 2 of the best plumbers that I have hired. They truly are a great team and would highly recommend them again. I had a new water heater replaced 6 months ago, last week my water heater went down, I called the manufacturer to get a new part, they sent it, then metro heating sent someone right away to install the part. Manufacturer sent the wrong part, so jesse drove to the manufacturer and got me the correct part and installed for me. He was so nice and pleasant the entire time and it was just the best customer service I have seen! I highly recommend calling metro heating and cooling. During July 2022, Metro Plumbing did projects at my home. The first project was replacing 3 toilets with Gerber toilets and replacing all the plumbing in my tub/shower (new faucet, drain, and all the plumbing pipes in the wall). Charlie and Cameron did an excellent job. They were efficient, experienced, personable, professional, on time. I am very pleased with their work and the results. The second project was to replace an anti siphon spigot and replace the 2 shutoffs in my basement with the ball (lever) type. Charlie again did an excellent job with this project just like my first project. I highly recommend Metro Plumbing and I will call on them again for future plumbing projects.

So glad I found Metro Plumbing on Google and gave them a call. They came out same day, and did a great job! Jesse was helpful and reliable. Walked me through the steps and is well versed in his work. Will definitely recommend and use Metro Plumbing in the future.

Had a couple broken valves and a spigot replaced. The plumber arrived on time and I have no problems with the work done. Total came to $622 and I paid it. Just a couple hours after paying I realized there was a 10% off for repairs done over $300. I called and asked if it could still be honored after the fact. I was told replacing the broken valves (couldn't shut off the water to entire house) wasn't considered a repair. Check your coupons with them beforehand. Their good customer service stops after you pay I guess.

Metro Plumbing has been on time every time for us. We operate a property management business and use Metro Plumbing exclusively for our plumbing repairs. We need a plumber that can be punctual and show up to work when they say they will. A few repairs they have done for us recently include: hot water heater replacement, replacement of gate valves with ball valves, and replacement shower hot/cold balancing valves. They have also replaced boiler backflow preventer valves for us.
Considering the factors Price, Quality, and Service, the value they provide can't be beat!

We had no hot water in our upstairs shower. Mitch diagnosed, gave us options and worked on it a long time. Great finished job, very friendly and professional, masked up the whole time. Can't say enough good.

Our water heater was 10 years old and had a slow leak. I knew I better get it fixed soon before it flooded the area. I went online that night and was able to get an appointment with Metro Plumbing the next day. We had used Metro HVAC for a furnace check 3 months ago, and I was very impressed with Kyle, who was able to figure out some longstanding issues we had with the furnace, due to an improper install back in '05. That is why I wanted to use them again. I sent photos to them, and we both knew that a new water heater would be needed. They sent me quotes with 3 options. I picked one and they assured me that they would deliver a new water heater tomorrow. Price was $1700 all in, including haul away of the old unit. The price has gone up considerably since our last install in 2011, but that is how it is in our current economic climate. The price was in line with what other plumbers were charging.

They gave me a 11:00-2:00 window. Richard called at 10:30, and was there at 11:00 on the dot. I was very impressed with Richard. He was very nice and personable and professional and knew exactly what to do. He took off his shoes without being asked and was very courteous in general. He has done hundreds of these installs. He had to make some changes with some of the existing copper fittings, using pro press and soldering, because the unit was slightly taller than the previous one. Everything was done by 2:00 and we have hot water again. One cold shower was enough!

Richard also took a look at one of our toilets that was leaking from the base. He said it needed a new wax seal, which is kinda what I figured. He came back the next day and did the reseal on the toilet. Price was $315.00, and there was a 10% off coupon for repairs over $300, so it ended up being $283.50.

I probably could've found someone on Craiglist to do this cheaper, butI wouldn't have felt as comfortable with the installs. Metro is a longstanding good-sized company that I feel will stand behind their work. And both Richard, for plumbing, and Kyle, for HVAC, were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Chris was professional and explained every step of his process. He provided options for moving forward and was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue. The installation team did a great job of moving the new and old equipment in an out of a finished basement. The basement layout wasn’t designed to easily accommodate moving equipment through narrow doors and hallways.

The main installation technician, Andrew, completed piping modifications to enable easy repairs of the boiler and circulation pump. He also explained features of the new boiler and basic maintenance tips.

Mitch was my tech. He was awesome from the beginning to the end. Communicate well to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. Definitely would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a plumber.

Hello, I called Metro for a water spigot problem I had. The hose that was connected to was corroded. So Brian came out from Metro, & he fixed the problem, even though I have a finished basement, he needed to cut holes through the drywall to get to the valve. Brian got the job done, & it took only around an hour & a half. He even taped the walls that needed to be cut. Considering the work he had to do, the bill was not bad. I will use Metro if there is anything else I may need in the future

Chris Larson, my plumber installed 2 toilets for me. Chris was fantastic, he installed both toilets efficiently and was very professional and personable! I have had Metro do work on my AC last year and an always pleased with their work. Chris came to my house today to find out why my tub was leaking into my basement. A previous plumber quoted me a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIR!!! Chris fixed the leak today, on the spot for zero extra charge. He explained everything so well (I’m a first time home owner and know nothing about plumbing) and he even looked at my outdoor hose hook ups even though that’s not what he was here for. I 'Hated My Experience With Metro Plumbing and Heating Company. Right from start of the project clear to the end of the job installating my new furance. What should have been a simple furance installation turned into several months of inconvenience and alot of money spent correcting their mistakes on Home damage caused by their home installers. I also found a few employees rudiness and lack concern nor care for the customers needs. I am so glad it was not one dollar nor dime of mine money spent on any of the work completed by this company !

When I asked the plumber if he had an idea how long this fix usually takes + when we might be able to shower, he seemed to be visibly annoyed with my question and wouldn’t give a clear answer. We were told several hours after he left that the repairs would take place the next day during a certain time window. I took the time off work to be home, and that window came and went with no communication. We later received word the plumber couldn’t come due to another job going long—- ok no big deal stuff happens right? The plumber then set another time window for early the following morning and wouldn’t communicate when we expressed a conflict with the time. I had to cancel my home telehealth appointment due to no clear communication about his arrival. The plumber then showed up over an hour past the set window. While the job was eventually complete, he left the bathroom dirty, did a poor job caulking the fix, didn’t wipe up any of the dust or debris, left behind various trash and a tool on the floor and also just took my bathroom wash bucket with him when he left. What a weird, frustrating + disappointing experience. Would not recommend this company if this is how their technicians behave.

They installed a new boiler. Service was very professional and timely. Roy, who provided the estimate for the job, was readily available to answer questions we had in making our decision regarding boiler type and options. The installation by Andrew and Ryan went flawlessly and on time. We had one followup call and Metro responsed very quickly. Excellent experience.

Jesse was wonderful and fixed our old terrible shower to make it good as new - this was our second time having him out to fix something and we were thrilled to have him back. He answered all of our questions, was polite and left the worksite clean.

The home warranty company sent Metro to check a problem with water dripping from above our gas fireplace. After quickly ruling out an issue with the direct vent, Charlie found an exterior leak in the false chimney. While it was not something he could repair, Charlie went the extra mile in explaining the issue to the home warranty representative so that they could dispatch the right contractor. Couldn't ask for more. Very much appreciated!

My favorable experience with Metro involved installation of new, comfort height toilet, bidet
& replacement of shower heads. From the initial visit for estimate, to job completion; utmost care, respect & Covid19 protocol, was demonstrated. Jesse was thorough & pleasant, making sure I understood everything he did.
Prior to leaving, he even inquired, if there were other issues, I’d like him to check.
I would not hesitate, to use Metro Plumbing
for future projects.
