Aabbott Ferraro did a great job on the HVAC needs for our basement finish project. Nick was both knowledgeable and professional, and his crew got the job done in a timely manner. Nick's personal customer service was beyond our expectations, and I would feel confident about using Aabbott Ferraro for any future needs.

I do not Recommend Service today for Furnace and A/C. I just hired service today Furnace and A/C company to come and help me with my furnace and ar condition that was not working properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. It’s too expensive just to diagnostic . They charge $335 for just let me know and do anything. He stayed at 2 hours (max) in my house for $335 + $79 to pay the visit. That’s a lot of money just for diagnostic. There are better deals available. The only good thing was that the guys were very nice. The issue is that their are so expensive and don’t worth it. It’s nothing personal with the guys who came. They are nice. The process and pricing of your service is not good. When I called them first time the girl that that answer the phone said: “how can I make you smile?”. My first reaction was “what a great service” but the problem that they did not make me smile instead made me so angry of literally losing $408 to not get any good solution for my problem. The options that they gave me was really expensive. Service today introduce three solution for my situation: 1) Change the motor and the board for $1800, 2) Change the furnace for $4.700, and 3) Change furnace and A/C for $9.700. I hired another HVAC guy and he change the motor for $350 and my furnace and AC is working well. Again, check other options definitely there is best and cheap solutions in the market. It’s so frustrated that I paid $408 for a wrong diagnostic and did not get nothing back. Literally I lost that money. Take care in this season with those kind of business that are more intersted to sell the whole equipment them to fix what you need.

Greg and Josh showed up right on time. They assessed what needed to be done, gave me a quote and got right to work. They had the job done perfectly in less than an hour. Josh also fixed another problem I had been having for months in about 2 minutes. They were both great and I highly recommend your company to anyone with plumbing problems.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Updated review: third call (we bought an old house, so it was inevitable), third awesome experience. Nick arrived right at the beginning of our call window, did an awesome job, explained each step of the process (clearing out a tub drain), and left our bathroom cleaner than he found it.

Absolutely worth the wait!

Unless you have a plumbing emergency, Erik Nelson Plumbing is worth the (COVID-19-induced) wait, and even then, they're still probably worth it. Adam clearly communicated when he would arrive, and although he ran into a few issues with our old house, he got the job done with impeccable service and at a reasonable rate. I hope that we don't have to see them for a while, but if/when we do have plumbing issues, Erik Nelson will be our first call. Full marks.

Our technician arrived quickly, diagnosed our issue, and had a new water heater installed within 3hrs. He was very friendly and professional.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Apollo is always fast, reliable, professional and friendly. And always available. We rely on them for furnace and ac issues.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

Terrible customer service. Our old water heater broke days before Christmas 2020 causing water damage. They were able to get one installed before the holiday. 3-months later, it broke while on vacation and flooded our entire kitchen/ceiling below. We had to file another claim with our insurance and are NOW being kicked off our insurance since Majeski said it wasn’t their fault the new water heater broke. The fitting used was fastened too tight, causing a slow leak that eventually broke loose. Majeski told us to sue the fitting manufacturer instead of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. This has been 2-years on ongoing hell and construction.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

We needed a Radiator moved and a range gas line moved. Larry came out and looked at the job. You find out real quick that he does not try to sell you anything you do not need and answers all questions so truthfully. His knowledge is very tremendous and you will not find a nicer guy to deal with. This is my first experience with this company and I feel like I got very lucky finding them. Now as to the technician that came out, His name is Casey(sp). He EQUALLY as nice and knowledgeable. What you would call a real Tradesman of the old school type which you do not see as much these days. This company is serious about their work and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
