Our sewer main line backed up into our basement. On a Sunday, early evening. We called Roto-Rooter and their response was really quick, the plumber was at our house in an hour. He removed the blockage, explained to us what the issue was, and made some recommendations on how we can prevent it next time.

I had some extensive plumbing repairs done on September 9th, 2019.
It involved taking all the cast iron pipes out of the basement and replacing them with pcv. Also had to remove 2 toilets and replace the pipe for those and had to cut through walls. They replaced the tiles and paneling in record time.
Dave the plumber and Jeff, his assistant arrived at 7:30 AM, right on time.
They were both so professional and very hard working. Dave explained what they were going to do and got right to work.
They finished the amazing job in one day. Both very friendly.

Ron was awesome! Very professional, did a great job fixing our shower, and replacing our main water valve and outdoor valve. Much appreciated.

Andy did an excellent job of explaining the options to me. Together we chose an approach that seemed like the best way to fix the gas leak without committing us to a complete replacement of all the pipes. And it worked!

Called them to do a commercial job for me because they claim they do commercial work all over their website. The ‘technician’ that showed up had zero clue what he was looking at and just took pictures for his project manager to write up an estimate. After waiting 2 weeks for a response I had to call several times to find out they weren’t interested in the job. They didn’t have the decency to even tell me. Wasted two weeks of my time on a multi million dollar job.
