Also the plumber that came out did me a solid. I thought i had 400 on me and the bill was 320. I actually only had 280 on me and the plumber took it with no fuss, although i had 40 grand in gold stashed in my house. Kinda hard to turn gold into cash instantly.

We've used Maplewood multiple times, and they are always prompt, friendly and helpful. They perform the work as expected, and we've never had any problems with the work or the cost/estimates. They take their time to do a good job, and their costs are fair and reasonable. We will use them again.

We live in an older house and we have been here for nearly 17 years. Up until now, we have never needed to use the services of a plumber. Our kitchen drain became clogged and the water just would NOT go down no matter what we tried. We finally gave in and decided we would have to call a plumber. We were expecting a high bill but were very pleasantly surprised. We thought the problem was going to be bigger than it was but the service tech knew exactly what needed to be done and it turned out not to be as bad as we thought. They responded quickly, the technician was knowledgeable and professional, and the charge was reasonable. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again should we need a plumber again in the future.

Hired them recently to complete the plumbing in my basement bathroom. They did a quality job and completed it on time. Because of thier great work I hired them again to do the plumbing in my master bathroom tub to shower conversion.

My husband who is a disabled vet fell and broke our toilet this morning. Our only other bathroom is on the second floor and he cannot do stairs. Called Bieg, a referral from another plumber, and they responded within 30 minutes, fitting us in between jobs because of the situation. Joe, the young man who did the work was wonderful. The tank was the only part broken and he tried to get us just a new tank to save us some money but unfortunately, none were. He had another coworker go pick up the new toilet while he took out the old. He explained what he was doing, was extremely knowledgeable, very respectful and he tested the toilet repeatedly to insure there were no leaks and he cleaned up the floor! He refused to take a tip. Bieg is now our plumber of choice.

I had a cracked PVC pipe below my toilet. I originally set the time for them to come out Friday between 4 pm and 8 pm. The manager called a little before 4 to reschedule. This was great! With other companies I've dealt with they call 2-3 hours into the window. I rescheduled and Don was able to come out first thing the next day. He did a great job! I was a little nervous that he would have to cut into the floor or wall, but he was able to get it done just by cutting the pipe!Don then was able to put on my toilet and take care of everything for me. If you ever use Roto-Rooter, hopefully you get Don! Thanks again!

Had a sewer backup in May 2022, they came out right away and cleared the blockage but it backed up again about 37 days later so I fell outside the 30 day warranty. I was given a bit of a discount but come on. It’s an 75+ year old house with two adults who don’t flush things that don’t belong in the sewer. The second time they came out they said I should have a jet cleaning for sludge and they would call me. No call came, so I called them a few weeks later and had to leave a message. No call back again. I’m done with them. The guys that came out were professional and respectful.

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
