Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer has done a great job for us! We are a nonprofit with a really old building. They have been so great helping us with our many plumbing issues at a price that we can afford. They even donated a new water fountain to our organization. We are so grateful to have found such a charitable, honest company that does quality work. They will be our go-to plumbers for life!

Called on a Friday morning for Saturday service, which they allegedly provide. Was told they could be there in the morning and that the owner would call me back. No call back. I called back again after lunchtime and was told the owner was right there and would call back momentarily. You guessed it - no call back. I then called a couple of minutes after 5:00 p.m. Of course they were gone for the day. So here I am with a shower faucet that won't stop running and I've placed all my eggs in this businesses basket. They said they could do the job and I go no return call after 3 tries. Listen folks, if you want to be in business how about doing what you say you're going to do? Completely unprofessional.

Needed a hot water heater replaced quickly. Called Steve at 6:30 AM and I have a new hot water heater at 11:00 AM. Can't beat that type of responsiveness. Nice guy and high quality workmanship as well. He'll be the only call I make for any plumbing needs that I may have in the future.

Main drain clogged up on us. I had two top companies at my house that could not get it free, Roto rooter and drain masters. Made the call to authority. They were at my residence within a hour and had the drain flowing the right way within a few short minutes! I know who i will use for my drain and plumbing needs! don't waste you're time with the other guys like i did...

My family and I have been using Python for years. From fixing pipes in my moms slab house with taking time not to damage any more kitchen floor than needed to fixing sewer lines in the yard. We have used them to install a new water heater as well. After a few months of huge water bills they found our leak and repaired shotty water supply lines that were done improperly 40+ years ago at our auto repair shop. These guys went above and beyond to not affect our daily workload any more than they had to and still get the job done right, on time and at a honest price. They are courteous, professional and really care about what they are doing.

As a new home owner of a duplex, I was completely stressed out when I found that my upstairs tenant had caused water damage.

Robert came in and assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and explained the damage and next steps to me. He even showed my tenant's boyfriend the moisture readings in the apartment. Fortunately or unfortunately, this was just less than my home insurance deductible.

The day they scheduled to tear out the upstairs kitchen and other remediation, I had a bunch of work meetings. When they were finished, they personally delivered my house key to my job, which was nice assurance and much safer than leaving the key in the mailbox or hiding it somewhere!

I was really pleased that the removal of the fans and the mold could be scheduled on a Saturday, so that I could get my birds out of the house for the day.

They took lots of pictures of the tear out and process and provided these to me promptly after paying. I really appreciated the thoroughness!

Just a good experience all around, considering the awful situation.
I sincerely hope that I never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do, I will be calling Midwest Flood Restoration to do the work!

My water heater went out and it was kinda to be expected it was over 25 yrs old. Called Roto Rooter because they have done all the plumbing in the house, Larry came out and gave a couple of options and the first to replace a part was not really going to resolve it due to age so it was replacing all the old stuff, he worked on that old heater while I worked because I work from home. He was so quite he finished up and cleaned up the utility room and the back patio you would have never known there was plumbing an water tanks and boxes all over. Larry is the best he worked his tail off much appreciated cant thank him enough

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

This is a quality company, but I do have an issue, I had a shower that was leaking and called for service, I offered the model number of the faucet and pictures before the service call so that the correct part (Cartridge) would be brought , When the tech came he did not have it and had to go to a special place in webster goves to get the part, I had to pay labor for the trip, $120 extra, to be fair he did tell me he could come back another day for no sircharge but I would require for me to schedule and stay at home to meet them a second day. All in all the work was wonderful and the tech was pleasant and profressional

They unclogged my toilet. It was very fast and professional. The price was a little too high, at least I thought so, but the economy is so twisted so I expected to pay!!!

We have had 3 sewer companies out to our house in the last year. Gateway came recommended by our plumber and another sewer company. They were professional, responsive, and listened carefully to our problems. The tech was very knowledgeable, clean, and did not make a mess of our house as other sewer companies had. He talked through everything with us and only performed the service we needed for a reasonable price (it was much lower than the estimate on the phone), he didn’t try to upsell us on work we didn’t need. Finally, we’ve found a good company we can rely on for sewer work!!!

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
