Don't waste your time with this company, they were on the list for the St.Louis County home improvement program, called the first time for an estimate, was told he needed to check with the office about the schedule, waited a whole week then I called again and was told I'd get a call back but never did. So two weeks wasted and I'll be sure to try to get them removed from the recommended contractor list

We are new to the St. Louis area and needed some plumbing done in our home. The prior owners had used Bieg Plumbing so we made a call. They were responsive to our needs, friendly, prompt, completed the job in a timely manner and did an amazing job at cleaning up. We will call them again if the need arises.

A potential Friday night disaster, main line sewer backed up. It was 10:00 p.m. and Roto-Rooter was there within an hour. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and got the problem fixed in no time at all. Nobody better for emergency services.

Our project wasn’t completed correctly the first time. They did come back and put a lot of work in to make it right. We are satisfied with our repair.

I called this company to appraise a draining issue and PVC pipe deficiency - I had to call back to verify a plumber was coming. The plumber arrived, but he did not have the skillsets to correct the PVC, and the manager, Rick, blamed it on me, saying that I did not give enough information.

Additionally, the plumber expressed that he could correct the drain issues, but was unsuccessful and left the floor as pictured below - no clean up was attempted. No progress after thirty minutes, but then he gave me a $100 invoice.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
