Best Outdoor Pipes in Saint Louis MO

I hired Maplewood Plumbing to scope the main sewer line of a 100 year-old house in Clayton to understand the condition of the pipes and, if repairs were needed, to provide an estimate on work. David came on time to scope and record the video, but more than that, he offered to show and explain everything he saw to me on the spot. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. Upon completion, he provided a flash drive with his findings/video on the spot. What's more, the company provides an email with electronic link to the same video to gove to other plumbers for additional estimates. Will, the owner, followed up the next day and we discussed options and costs. I found both men professional and very skilled, but more than that, honest and trustworthy. I look forward to working with this company and feel no need to approach other plumbers. (I've renovated three properties over the years and have developed a nose for skilled tradesmen and craftsmen. I've found my go-to plumbers.)

Jesse did an excellent job with our plumbing relocation. he was prompt, courteous and neat about the job and workplace. The job looked better than the original work by the builder.

This is our second time having Glenn Roeder #4588 out to help and he is the best. Prompt, courteous and so knowledgeable. Please ask for him when making an appointment with Roto-Rooter! We've been happy with their service in general, from the backed up basement to helping with our external line.

Wouldn't recommend this company for any services. Took them several weeks just to come out to my house for a quote/estimate for services (when other major plumbing contractors took less than a few days). I still have not yet heard from them four weeks later after following up with a phone call on the status of the estimate for services. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive.

Christian did an excellent job, and was very professional and friendly. Even my husband was impressed, and that’s hard to do. In fact, we liked him so much, we may even dedicate a major highway in his name.

These guys are amazing and came out to an emergency situation at my elderly grandmothers house for a backup. After the big name company said they couldn’t fix it, they had it taken care of in an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Stl looking for a high quality sewer rooter.

The woman who answered the phone on 04/11/2021 at around 8pm is an unprofessional employee that is extremely nasty when she speaks to her employer's client's Tenants. I live at Apartment Exchange's Williamsburg Townhomes and our experience with AAQuick has been very poor we didn't ask for out pipes to back up yet again and She thought it best to be disrespectful and rude because we didn't get to the phone fast enough. She refused to give her name, CallerID Showed kayla as the name. If you expect to be paid for a service, then respect is a required part of the Job for that payment at any place of business. If employers want to keep their business's in profitable order, then you need to employ people who understand what is in your best interest as a business.

They did come out quickly and got the job done only coming back 1 time to fix an issue on their work. I wont call them out again because they charge your card more than invoice total and do not tell you about it.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
